# Affiliate Program
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/affiliate
How the Esports Hub affiliate program works: earn 20% commission on referrals, track earnings, and request payouts once you reach $25.
The affiliate program lets you earn commissions by referring others to Esports Hub products and services. Share your unique link, and when someone makes a purchase, you earn a percentage.
Track earnings, copy your link, and request payouts at esportshub.io/affiliate.
## How It Works
Your unique affiliate link is available on the affiliate page. Copy it and share it with your audience.
When a user clicks your link and purchases any Esports Hub product within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.
You earn 20% of the sale. For subscriptions, commission is paid on the first payment only, not on renewals. The commission is added to your pending balance automatically.
Once your balance reaches \$25 USD, you can request a payout.
## Eligible Products
Commissions apply to purchases across Esports Hub products and services. Subscriptions earn commission on the first payment only, not on renewals, and orders fully covered by store credit earn nothing since no payment is collected.
| Product | Description |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Premium | Monthly subscription plans (first payment only) |
| Lifetime | One-time lifetime membership |
| Discord Bot | Custom Discord bot purchases |
| Website | Website tier purchases and add-ons |
| Contract | Discord contract purchases |
| Custom Role | Custom Discord role purchases |
| Org Role | Organization role purchases |
| Server Setup | Discord server setup service |
| Promo Post | Promotional announcement posts |
| Gift | Premium gifts sent to other users |
## Dashboard
The affiliate page shows your stats at a glance - total earnings, pending balance, completed payouts, and a full commission history. Each entry shows the product type, amount, and date.
## Payouts
When your pending balance reaches \$25 USD, you can request a payout from the affiliate page. Payouts are reviewed and approved by the Esports Hub team. PayPal payouts are sent automatically once approved; bank transfers are processed manually and usually clear within 5 to 10 business days. Only one payout request can be pending at a time.
Affiliate commissions have no cash value until a payout is approved and processed. Pending balances do not constitute a debt or obligation.
Self-referrals and fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all earnings and removal from the affiliate program.
# AI Chat
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/ai-chat
Use the Esports Hub AI assistant to create Discord roles, manage team members and org socials, and get answers about platform features.
The AI Chat is your main interface for managing Discord roles, team members, org socials, and getting help with Esports Hub features. It is designed exclusively for Esports Hub related tasks.
The AI assistant only handles Esports Hub topics. It will not respond to general questions, off-topic requests, or tasks unrelated to the platform.
## What You Can Do
The AI assistant can perform real actions on your behalf through integrated tools. Here are the main things it can help with:
* **Org role creation** including custom names, colors, logos, and team member assignments
* **Agency role creation** with similar options tailored for agencies
* **Custom personal roles** for users who meet the eligibility requirements (server boosts or invites)
* **Team management** including assigning and removing roles from members, and setting ownership designations
* **Org socials** for posting, updating, and managing your organization's social media links
* **Role editing and removal** for modifying existing roles or deleting them from the server
* **Platform questions** about how Esports Hub features work, server rules, channels, and available roles
## Starting a Conversation
The AI Chat is the default landing page after you sign in. The welcome screen greets you with a personalized message and shows suggestion buttons for common actions like creating an org role or agency role.
Click AI Chat in the sidebar or navigate to the home page. To start a new conversation, click the New Chat button in the sidebar.
Write your question or request in the input field at the bottom of the screen. You can also click one of the suggestion buttons on the welcome screen to get started quickly.
The AI responds in real time with streaming text. When it performs actions like creating a role, you will see inline result cards showing what was done.
## Image Upload
You can upload images directly into the chat using the plus button next to the input field. Images are used for logo uploads during role creation, ownership verification screenshots, and boost verification screenshots. Uploaded images are automatically scanned for moderation and processed for Discord compatibility.
For logos and icons, use PNG images with a transparent background. The system automatically processes uploaded images, including background removal and conversion to the format Discord requires.
## Conversation History
Every conversation is automatically saved to your account. Past conversations appear in the sidebar, sorted with pinned conversations first and then by most recent activity.
* **Resume** by clicking any past conversation in the sidebar to reopen it and continue where you left off
* **Search** across all conversations by keyword using the search bar at the top of the sidebar
* **Pin** important conversations to keep them at the top of the list
* **Rename** a conversation by clicking its title in the chat header or the sidebar
* **Delete** a conversation by hovering over it in the sidebar and clicking the delete icon
Conversation titles are automatically generated from your first message. You can delete all conversations at once from the Settings page under the General tab.
## Formatting
The AI assistant renders responses in markdown with support for bold, italics, lists, tables, and links. When the assistant mentions a hex color code, a colored dot is displayed next to it so you can preview the color without leaving the chat.
The AI chat is rate limited to **20 messages per minute**. If you hit the limit, wait a moment before sending your next message.

# Backed

Backed is a monthly Shark Tank style pitch event in the Esports Hub Discord where teams, agencies, and businesses pitch to a panel of investors for funding.
Backed is a monthly Shark Tank style event in the Esports Hub Discord. Teams, agencies, and businesses pitch their idea to our investor panel for funding. There is one event per month, and applications open between rounds.
See how Backed works and line up for the next monthly event.
## How it works
From application to funded in one month.
Open a Backed application ticket in the Discord with a short pitch, what you're raising for, and how much.
Our team reviews every entry and shortlists the strongest pitches for the next event. Shortlisted founders get a prep call before pitch night.
Take the stage in the Discord on the scheduled night. Pitch your project, take questions, and get an investment decision on the call.
## Who can pitch
Esports teams, agencies, and businesses (tools, content, apparel, hardware, and other esports-adjacent products). You don't have to be an existing Esports Hub partner to apply.
## Cadence
Backed runs once per month, live in the Esports Hub Discord. Applications open between rounds and close a few days before each event so the panel has time to review.
## Cost
Applying and pitching are free. Backed is a deal-flow event, not a paid service. If you get backed, the investor or investors coordinate directly with you to close the deal. Esports Hub does not take a cut, we run the event and surface the deal flow.

# Boost Perks
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/boost-perks
Boost the Esports Hub server and you get a VIP role, 1.5x rewards on every point you earn, $5 store credit every month, 1 free role edit every month, and a free custom role while you boost.
When you boost the Esports Hub server, you get a set of perks straight away. They stick around for as long as you keep boosting. The bot picks up your boost as soon as it happens and gives you everything below without you needing to do anything.
## What you get
| Perk | When you get it |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| VIP role | Right after your first boost. Stays on you while you keep boosting. |
| 1.5x rewards | Right after your first boost. Every point you earn is multiplied by 1.5x. |
| Free custom role | While you're boosting. Ask in the support channel and an admin will set it up. |
| \$5 store credit every month | Lands in your account every 30 days while you're boosting. Spend it on anything in the store. |
| 1 free role edit every month | Lands at the same time as your monthly \$5. Use it on an org role or your custom role, not both. |
| Skip requirements on an org role | While you're boosting, you can claim one org role without the 5-invite task. One per account, lifetime. |
## How the 1.5x rewards work
The 1.5x bonus applies to every way you [earn points](/rewards): daily tasks, chatting, voice time, daily logins, reactions, replies, and game wins from [counting, word chain, hangman, and trivia](/community-games).
If you also have Premium, the booster bonus stacks with Premium's 2x. That means you earn 3x points on everything you do (1.5 multiplied by 2). The off-peak window and your daily login streak bonus stack on top of that too.
## Free custom role while you boost
Boost the server and you can claim a free custom role. Pick any name and any colour you like. Ask in the support channel and an admin will set it up for you. Your role stays on you while you keep boosting. Like all custom roles, it's cosmetic only and grants no permissions.
The same rules apply as paid custom roles: no impersonating staff or sponsors, no rule-breaking content, and you get one free name or colour edit if you change your mind later.
## 1 free role edit every month
Editing the name, colour, or logo on a role costs one edit. Your first edit on a role is always free, and after that you normally have to invite 5 new people to unlock another one. While you're boosting, a free edit lands in your account every 30 days alongside the \$5 store credit. Spend it on either an org role or your custom role from [esportshub.io/discord-roles](https://esportshub.io/discord-roles). One edit per month, not one of each.
The free edit doesn't stack. If last month's edit is still unused when the new one arrives, the new one just replaces it, so the most you ever hold is one. Any edit still on your account when you stop boosting stays there until you spend it.
## Skip requirements on an org role
Boost the server and you can create one org / agency / business role from [esportshub.io/discord-roles](https://esportshub.io/discord-roles) without running the 5-invite task. Click "Verify boost" on the invite-progress step and the wizard skips straight to the role details. The booster shortcut is a one-time-per-account perk: once you've claimed an org role this way, it counts even if you later remove or delete that role.
You still have to own a valid Discord server that meets the normal age requirement (4 months for org / agency / business). Everything else after the invite task works the same. This doesn't add an extra org-role slot to your account, it only removes the invite requirement on the org role you'd otherwise earn.
## \$5 store credit every month
While you're boosting, you get a \$5 store credit grant every 30 days. The credit lands automatically and shows up in your rewards dashboard at [esportshub.io/rewards](https://esportshub.io/rewards). Spend it on any paid service: custom services, contract templates, server setup, promo posts, anything else.
Boost credit lasts 12 months from when you receive it. When you spend, the credit closest to expiring gets used first so nothing goes to waste.
## What happens if you stop boosting
The VIP role and the 1.5x bonus are removed straight away when your boost ends. Free custom roles you claimed through the boost path are also removed at that point. Any store credit you've already received stays in your account, and you can keep using it for up to 12 months from when each grant landed. Free role edits you've already earned also stay on your account, you just won't earn new ones until you boost again.
When your boost ends, you'll get a Discord DM listing exactly what you lost so there's no confusion. The notice is one-time and tells you whether you had a free custom-role slot you hadn't used yet.
# Brand Hub
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/brand
Esports Hub brand guidelines: wordmark, Mark, color palette, typography, partnership lockups, voice, downloads, and usage terms. Everything you need to talk about us cleanly.
How to use our wordmark, Mark, partnership lockups, and downloads. These guidelines keep the brand consistent across every surface, from press to partner sites to community projects. If you partner with us, write about us, or run creative that features us, start here.
The live guidelines at esportshub.io/brand, with rendered wordmark, Mark, color, and partnership examples, plus the downloadable asset kit.
## Wordmark
The Esports Hub wordmark is set in Inter Display with tightened tracking. It's our primary brand expression and should appear at a comfortable, legible size on every surface where we sign our name. Use the light wordmark on dark backgrounds and the dark wordmark on light ones.
**Do**
* Pair the Mark with the wordmark in a lockup when you have the room.
**Don't**
* Stretch, skew, or alter the wordmark in any way.
* Crop or trim the wordmark.
* Use the wordmark as a mask for imagery.
* Recolor it outside the approved variations.
* Add effects, shadows, or textures.
## The Mark
The Mark is more than a symbol. The bolt is the spark of a career taking off: the moment a player gets signed, a team gets its name out, a deal lands. It stays sharp at any size, from a favicon to a jersey crest. Use the Mark when space is too tight for the wordmark, or alongside the wordmark in product lockups.
**Do**
* Use the white Mark on dark backgrounds and the dark Mark on light backgrounds.
* Give the Mark room to breathe.
**Don't**
* Add color to the Mark.
* Distort or warp it.
* Place it on busy imagery.
## Color
Our palette is intentionally tight. Black sets the canvas, white carries the wordmark and body type, and Strike Red is the primary brand color, anchoring everything from marketing surfaces to product accents. Stick to these values exactly. Gradients and tints of these colors are not part of the system.
| Color | Hex | Use |
| ---------- | --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Strike Red | `#E41937` | Primary brand color. CTAs, badges, alerts, and accents. Use sparingly. |
| White | `#FFFFFF` | Mark and wordmark on dark, body text, and primary CTA pills. |
| Off-Black | `#0D0D0D` | Surface for cards, modals, and the chat interface. One step above the canvas. |
| Black | `#000000` | The page canvas. Pair with the Mark and white type for our default look. |
## Typography
Inter Display anchors the Esports Hub wordmark while Geist Sans handles the body of every product surface. Both are open-source with wide weight ranges and strong screen rendering, so partners and contributors can recreate our look without licensing.
Inter Display is reserved for the wordmark and major display headlines. Geist Sans carries the rest: navigation, body copy, marketing pages, and the chat interface. JetBrains Mono shows up in code blocks and technical readouts. The combination balances technical precision with a friendly, contemporary tone that fits the esports audience.
Weights in use: Light (300), Regular (400), Medium (500), Semibold (600), and Bold (700), each with its italic.
## Brand partnerships
When pairing the Esports Hub wordmark with partner logos, keep balanced spacing and a clear hierarchy. Avoid placing logos too close together. Each logo should appear at a comparable visual weight, in its approved color format, and stay undistorted. Co-branded materials need approval from both brands so we stay consistent and on-standard.
**Do**
* Anchor the partnership lockup with the Mark.
* Use the established spacing rules.
* Keep the wordmarks at the same height.
**Don't**
* Add color to the partnership lockup.
* Size the wordmarks differently.
* Place the lockup over busy images.
## Voice and language
The brand voice is direct, confident, and human. We don't use AI-sounding filler ("delve", "leverage", "tapestry", "navigate the landscape"), we don't use em dashes, and we don't stack adjectives. Write like a person who knows the product is good and doesn't need to oversell it.
A few naming and attribution rules for anyone writing about us:
* **Product names.** Reference our Discord bots and other products by their official names in copy and support materials, not abbreviations or nicknames in formal contexts. Describe features accurately and stay within what the product actually does. Product names that include our trademarks can't be used by third parties without permission.
* **Mentors.** Mentors are independent coaches and analysts offering paid sessions through the platform, not employees or representatives. Refer to them as a "mentor" or "coach", not "staff" or "representative". A mentor can say they're "a coach on Esports Hub", but shouldn't speak on our behalf.
* **Non-partnerships.** Using our products, joining the Discord, or appearing in a community spotlight does not establish a partnership. Don't describe your relationship as a "partnership", "collaboration", or "sponsorship" without a written agreement. "We use Esports Hub" is fine when it's accurate; "in partnership with Esports Hub" needs a signed agreement.
* **Content attribution.** Quote our blog posts, videos, and social content with attribution and a link back, keeping quotes short and unaltered. Product screenshots are welcome in editorial, tutorials, and reviews as long as they don't misrepresent features, pricing, or availability. For republishing or syndication, email [brand@esportshub.io](mailto:brand@esportshub.io).
## Downloads
One zip with the Mark in dark and light PNG plus a scalable SVG lives on the [brand page](https://esportshub.io/brand). For partnership-lockup files, or a custom asset that isn't in the kit, email [brand@esportshub.io](mailto:brand@esportshub.io).
## Usage terms
"Marks" covers anything we use to identify Esports Hub: our name, wordmark, the Mark, icons, and design elements. By using our Marks, you agree that we own them and that any goodwill from your use benefits Esports Hub.
Permission to use our Marks is limited in the following ways:
* Only use our Marks if they follow these brand guidelines.
* The permission is non-exclusive (we can give it to others) and non-transferable (you can't give it to others).
* Don't feature our Marks more prominently than your own organization's name or marks.
* We may update this guide, and changes must be reflected in your usage within a reasonable time.
* We can review the use of our Marks and require changes if needed.
* We may end permission at any time, and usage must stop promptly.
Make sure your project follows our [Terms of Service](https://esportshub.io/terms) and community guidelines. If your work references a specific Esports Hub product (Discord Bots, Contracts, Mentoring, Partnerships), describe it precisely and accurately. We don't permit Esports Hub product names in app titles, company names, or domain names without written permission, since that can confuse the community about who built what.
## Press and partner use
For press, partner co-marketing, or anything that needs a custom asset, open a [Partnership Inquiry ticket](/support) on Discord. Include what you need, who it's for, and the deadline; the partnerships team picks these up directly.
Active Esports Hub partners are free to use the marks and press kit in their own deliverables. Don't lock the Esports Hub Mark next to your own as if it's a joint logo, and don't claim official endorsement of anything specific unless we've signed off. If you're not sure, the partnerships team in the [Partner Dashboard](/partner-dashboard) is the right place to confirm.
# Brands
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/brands
A marketplace of exclusive, ready-made esports brand identities. Buy a finished logo system outright, commission one from scratch, or sell your own.
A marketplace of finished esports brand identities. Browse ready-made logo systems by the look you want, commission one from scratch, or sell a brand you have designed. Every ready-made brand is exclusive, sold once, then taken off the board for good.
See the full catalogue, commission a brand, or sell yours at esportshub.io/brands.
## Overview
Each ready-made brand is a complete identity, not just a logo. When you buy one you get the full source and full ownership to use it however you want.
| You get | Details |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Vector logo | The clean mark in editable vector format |
| Fonts | The typefaces used in the brand |
| Color codes | The exact palette so it stays consistent |
| Ownership | Full ownership of the brand once it is yours |
Every ready-made brand is exclusive. The moment it sells it comes off the board, so no one else can use it.
## How buying works
Browse the catalogue and filter by style (emblem, wordmark, abstract, minimal). Each card shows the watermarked preview and price.
Choose a brand and submit an inquiry. We open a Discord ticket for your purchase.
We take payment in the ticket, then prepare the handover.
We hand over the source files (vector logo, fonts, color codes) and make the brand fully yours.
Ready-made brands are sold exactly as shown, so they stay as-is. If you want something changed, commission a brand instead and we design it to your spec from the start.
## Commission a brand
Want something unique? Use "Commission a brand" on the Brands page and tell us the look you have in mind. We design it with you from the ground up in a Discord ticket, then hand over the full source and ownership the same way.
## Sell your brand
Designed a brand you want to sell? Use "Sell your brand" to submit it. Approved brands are listed on the marketplace and sold exclusively to one buyer.
Pricing is set per brand. Ready-made brands are priced on their card; commissioned brands are quoted in the ticket based on the scope of the work.
# Community Games
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/community-games
Counting, hangman, word chain, trivia, and the hangout bonus all earn you points in the Esports Hub server. Here's how each one works.
There are five games and group activities running in the Esports Hub Discord server, and all of them earn you rewards points. Each one has its own channel and the bot keeps things on track for you.
## Counting
Take turns posting numbers in order. The bot watches every message. Wrong number, the same person posting twice in a row, or anything that isn't a number sends the count back to 1.
| Property | What it means |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Reward | Points for each correct count, with bonus points at certain milestones. |
| If you mess up | You get blocked from the channel for a short cooldown. |
| Bonuses | Premium, server boost, and any active multipliers all stack on top. |
Some daily tasks are tied to "correct counts", so this is one of the easiest ways to knock those out.
## Word Chain
Post a word that starts with the last letter of the previous word. Repeated words and posting twice in a row don't count.
| Property | What it means |
| -------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Reward | Points for each word that fits the chain. |
| If you mess up | Wrong starting letter or a repeat word resets the chain. |
| Tip | Quick, varied responses earn the most in any session. |
## Hangman
Standard hangman against the bot. The bot picks a word and you guess letters. You only get a few wrong guesses before the round ends.
| Property | What it means |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Reward | Points for every win. |
| How to play | Use the slash command, or react to the daily hangman prompt. |
| Difficulty | Word length and category change every round. |
## Trivia
Multiple-choice trivia rounds run automatically through the day. Pick your answer by reacting with the matching emoji before the timer ends.
| Property | What it means |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| How often | About one new round every 30 minutes. |
| Time limit | Each round closes after a set time. Late answers don't count. |
| Reward | Bonus points if you're the first to answer correctly, on top of the regular correct-answer reward. |
Trivia rounds are visible to the whole channel. Just react with the emoji that matches your answer.
## Hangout Bonus
Hang out in voice with other members long enough and you earn a bonus. The bot watches voice channels for groups of three or more people who've been hanging out together for at least 30 minutes.
| Property | What it means |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Trigger | At least 3 members in the same voice channel for 30+ minutes straight. |
| How often | Once per day per person. |
| Reward | 150 points to each person in the group, multiplied by any active multipliers you have. |
The bot remembers when each person joined the channel. New joiners don't reset the timer for everyone else, so you can drop in and out of a hangout without breaking the bonus for the rest of the group.
The AFK or inactive voice channel doesn't count. Everyone has to be in an active channel together for the bonus to count.
## How games tie into your rewards
Every game listed above feeds into your overall points balance and tier progression. See the [Rewards](/rewards) page for how points, tiers, and store credit work together. The [Boost Perks](/boost-perks) page covers how the 1.5x server-boost multiplier stacks on top of your game wins.
# Contracts
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/contracts
Professional legal document services for esports, including player contracts, sponsorship agreements, and full legal packages.
Professional legal document services for esports organizations. Whether you are signing your first player or negotiating a sponsorship deal, Esports Hub offers contract templates and customization services to meet your needs.
All three tiers, clause matrix, and ordering at esportshub.io/contracts.
## Overview
Whether you are signing your first player or negotiating a sponsorship deal, having the right legal documents in place is essential. Esports Hub offers three tiers of contract services, each designed for different stages of organizational growth.
| Tier | Price | Includes |
| ------------ | ----- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Essential | \$50 | Core and standard clauses covering compensation, duration, termination, role definition, conduct, and confidentiality. Additional clauses available as \$15 add-ons. |
| Professional | \$75 | Everything in Essential plus premium clauses for revenue splits, IP ownership, buyout terms, sponsor promotion, and liability coverage. A few advanced clauses available as add-ons. |
| Complete | \$90 | Every clause unlocked including transfer terms, image rights, competitive integrity, bonus structures, and more. No add-on costs. |
All contract tiers include one round of revisions after initial delivery. If you need additional changes, you can request them through your Discord ticket.
## Contract Types
Esports Hub offers two contract types, each available in all tiers. The tier you choose determines which clauses are included and which are available as add-ons.
### Player Contracts
For athletes, roster members, and competitors. These contracts cover compensation, contract duration, termination conditions, role definition, exclusivity, content creation duties, and more. Higher tiers unlock clauses for prize winnings splits, sponsorship revenue, streaming rights, buyout terms, and transfer clauses.
### Creative Services Contracts
For designers, editors, social media managers, and other staff. These contracts cover scope of services, payment terms, availability, non-disclosure, and non-disparagement. Higher tiers unlock clauses for IP ownership, brand representation, exclusivity, subcontracting restrictions, and data protection.
### Clauses by Tier
Each tier includes a set of clauses. Clauses not included in your tier can be added individually for \$15 each.
| Clause Level | Essential | Professional | Complete |
| ---------------- | ---------- | ------------ | -------- |
| Core clauses | Included | Included | Included |
| Standard clauses | Included | Included | Included |
| Premium clauses | +\$15 each | Included | Included |
| Advanced clauses | +\$15 each | +\$15 each | Included |
The Complete tier includes every clause with no add-on costs. If you need several premium or advanced clauses, it may be more cost-effective than purchasing them individually.
## Customization
Every contract template is fully customizable to fit your specific situation. No two organizations are the same, and your legal documents should reflect your unique needs.
Visit the Contracts page and select the package that covers the templates you need. Review the tier comparison above to confirm your required documents are included.
After purchasing, a Discord ticket is automatically created for your order. Our team will reach out to gather details such as organization name, player names, compensation terms, specific clauses you want included, and any other requirements.
The Esports Hub team will prepare your customized contracts and deliver them in your Discord ticket. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Review the draft carefully. If anything needs adjusting, request revisions through your Discord ticket. One round of revisions is included with every tier.
Have questions about enforceability or legal details? Check the FAQ section on the Contracts page for more information.
If you are unsure which tier to start with, the Essential tier covers the most common needs for new teams. You can always upgrade to a higher tier later to access additional templates.
# Customer Stories
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/customers
Case studies from esports orgs, creators, and brands working with Esports Hub. Real outcomes from contracts, partnerships, social media management, and bot deployments.
The customer stories page is where we publish the proof: how individual orgs, creators, and brands have used Esports Hub services and what they got out of it. Each story includes the team, the work, the timeline, and the outcome.
Real-world case studies from the orgs and creators we've worked with.
## What's in a story
Every entry on the page is a short case study with the same shape:
* **Who**, the org, creator, or brand. Photo, social links, scene/region.
* **What we did**, contracts, social media management, Discord bots, websites, partnerships, mentoring. Often more than one.
* **Timeline**, when the work happened and how long it took.
* **Outcome**, what changed for them. Impressions added, contracts closed, members signed, hours saved. Concrete numbers where we have permission to share them.
If a story has a logo lockup, follower count, or revenue figure, the customer signed off on us publishing it. Anything sensitive is summarised in ranges instead of exact numbers.
## How to become a featured story
If you've been a customer for a meaningful chunk of time and have a result worth showing, the partnerships team will sometimes reach out to ask if you want a case study. You can also raise your hand by:
1. Opening a [Partnership Inquiry ticket](/support) on Discord
2. Mentioning the case study interest in the message
3. Sharing a one-paragraph summary of the work and the outcome
We don't pay for stories or expect you to write the copy yourself. The Esports Hub team writes the case study, sends it to you for approval, and publishes once you've signed off.
## Anonymized results
If the work was confidential (contracts that include NDAs, sensitive sponsor arrangements, etc.) we can publish an anonymized version with the org name replaced. These appear on the page tagged as anonymous and use sector-typical figures instead of exact ones.
For most public-facing work (social media management, websites, Discord bots) the customer's name is part of what makes the story useful, so we encourage non-anonymous publication when the customer is comfortable with it.
# Discord Bots
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/discord-bots
Custom Discord bots for esports teams: moderation, leveling, tickets, anti-nuke, and stream alerts across three tiers. Hosting included, free with Premium.
Esports Hub offers custom Discord bots built for gaming communities. Each bot runs 24/7 on a dedicated instance for your server and includes moderation, engagement, and utility tools.
Pricing tiers, feature matrix, and ordering at esportshub.io/discord-bots.
## Bot Tiers
There are three tiers available, each with a dedicated bot instance that runs 24/7 on your server. Higher tiers unlock additional features.
| Tier | Price | Highlights |
| ---------- | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Pro | Free with Premium | Core moderation, auto-roles, welcome messages, leveling, giveaways, ticket system, captcha verification, and custom bot branding |
| Elite | \$34.99 one-time | Everything in Pro plus raid protection, ban appeals, server backups, custom commands, missions, application forms, and optional paid add-ons |
| Enterprise | \$54.99 one-time | Every feature unlocked including all add-ons, unlimited custom commands, web dashboard, and hands-on setup help |
The Pro tier is included free with any [Premium or Lifetime subscription](/subscriptions). You keep the Pro bot even if you cancel your subscription later.
You can also request a Custom Bot if none of the tiers fit your needs. This opens a quote form where you describe your server, requirements, and budget, and the team will get back to you with a custom offer.
## Features
The Pro bot is free with any Premium or Lifetime subscription and includes every feature below (21+ in total). Elite and Enterprise add the advanced tools noted at the end of each group.

* **Reaction roles** - let members self-assign roles with buttons, dropdown menus, or reactions (single or multi-select).

Add-ons are selected at checkout when purchasing the Elite tier. You choose which ones you want and the total is calculated before payment.
## How to Get a Bot
The process depends on which tier you choose.
### Claiming the Pro Bot
If you have an active Premium or Lifetime subscription, go to the Discord Bots page and click Claim on the Pro tier. You can then invite the bot directly to your server - no ticket or wait time needed.
### Purchasing Elite or Enterprise
Go to the Discord Bots page and select the Elite or Enterprise tier to view its features and details.
If purchasing Elite, choose any optional add-ons you want. The total price updates in real time as you select them.
Click Purchase and complete payment through the checkout page. A Discord ticket is automatically created after payment.
The team will reach out through your Discord ticket to configure and deploy the bot to your server.
### Custom Bot
If the standard tiers do not fit your needs, select the Custom Bot option to open a quote form. Provide your server name, member count, desired features, and budget range. The team will review your request and respond through a Discord ticket.
Make sure the bot's role is positioned above the roles it needs to manage in your Discord server's role hierarchy. Otherwise, it will not be able to assign or remove those roles.
# Discord Roles
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/discord-roles
Create custom Discord roles, organization role sets, and agency roles with AI-assisted design: custom names, colors, gradients, and icons.
Esports Hub lets you create custom Discord roles, organization role sets, agency roles, and business roles with AI-assisted design. This guide covers each role type, eligibility requirements, and how invite tracking works.
Every role on Esports Hub (custom, organization, agency, and business) is cosmetic only. It shows your identity in the Esports Hub server and grants no Discord permissions, moderation powers, or special access.
## Custom Roles
Custom roles are personal roles that appear next to your name in the Discord server. They let you express your identity with a unique name, color, and icon. A custom role is cosmetic only and grants no permissions.
### What You Can Customize
* **Role name** - Choose a display name that represents you, your team, or your brand.
* **Color** - Pick a solid color or create a gradient effect. Colors are displayed on your username in the server member list and in chat.
* **Icon** - Upload a custom icon that appears next to the role name. You can use team logos, personal branding, or any image you like.
Use the AI Chat to design your custom role. Upload your logo and ask for color suggestions that match your branding - the assistant can recommend hex codes, gradient combinations, and icon adjustments.
### Eligibility
Custom roles are not available to everyone by default. You must meet one of the following requirements:
* **Invite 5 members** - Successfully invite five people to the Esports Hub Discord server using your personal invite link. Each invite is verified to ensure the new member actually joined through your link.
* **Server Boost** - Boost the Esports Hub Discord server to instantly unlock custom role creation.
You can track your invite progress on the Discord Roles page. The counter updates in real time as new members join through your link.
## Organization Roles
Organization roles are designed for esports teams and organizations that want a branded presence in the server. Unlike custom roles, org roles create a full hierarchy of staff positions under your organization name. Like every Esports Hub role, they are cosmetic only and grant no Discord permissions or special status, the names just label your structure.
### Eligibility
To create an organization role, your Discord server must meet one of the following requirements:
* **At least 500 members and 4 months old** - Your server must have at least 500 members and be at least 4 months old from creation or re-launch. The validation tool checks both automatically when you submit your invite link.
* **5 verified invites** - If your server doesn't meet both of those, you can still qualify by inviting 5 new members to the Esports Hub Discord server through a tracking link generated during validation.
Server age is checked when you submit your Discord invite link during the role creation flow. If your server qualifies on age, you proceed directly to designing the role. Otherwise the flow pauses until you reach 5 verified invites.
### Org Owner & Co-Owner Roles
After your organization role is created, you can claim an Org Owner or Co-Owner role in the Esports Hub server. These roles are verified through a screenshot of your Discord server proving your position.
| Role | Who It's For |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Org Owner | The organization founder or primary leader. You must hold an ownership-level role in your Discord server (Owner, Founder, CEO, or similar). |
| Co-Owner | A co-founder or secondary leader of the organization. You must hold a co-ownership role in your Discord server (Co-Owner, Co-Founder, or similar). |
### How to Get Verified
Use the AI Chat to create your organization role set with your branding, logo, and color scheme. The role must be fully created before you can claim ownership.
After your org role is created, the AI will ask if you are the owner or co-owner of the organization. You can also start this flow separately by telling the AI you want the org owner or co-owner role.
Take a screenshot of your Discord server that shows your username with an ownership-level role visible. The AI uses this to verify your position.
The screenshot is analyzed to confirm your Discord username matches your account and that a valid ownership role is visible. If everything checks out, the role is assigned automatically.
If your screenshot shows a Co-Owner role but you selected Owner, the system will automatically assign the correct Co-Owner role instead.
Valid ownership titles include Owner, Co-Owner, Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Director, President, Managing Director, and similar leadership positions.
### Org Socials
Once your org role is set up and you have the Owner or Co-Owner role, you can post your team's links in the org-socials channel so other members can find and follow you.
| Property | What it means |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Who can post | Orgs that are at least 4 months old. |
| Cost | Free. |
| What to post | Your website, X / Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, recruitment pages, and any other official org channels. |
To add your links, open the org-socials channel and follow the pinned instructions, or ask the AI Chat on the website to do it for you.
Only official org links are allowed. Personal social handles, affiliate links, and third-party promos will be removed.
## Agency Roles
Agency roles are built for talent agencies and management companies that represent multiple players or content creators. They provide a distinct visual identity in the server that signals professional representation.
Agency roles work similarly to organization roles - you upload your agency logo, choose a color scheme, and the role set is created with your branding. Members represented by your agency can be assigned the role to show their affiliation. These roles are cosmetic only and grant no permissions.
### Eligibility
To create an agency role, your agency Discord server must meet one of the following requirements:
* **At least 250 members and 2 months old** - Your agency server must have at least 250 members and be at least 2 months old from creation or re-launch.
* **5 verified invites** - If your server doesn't meet both of those, you can qualify by inviting 5 new members to the Esports Hub Discord server through a tracking link generated during validation.
Agency roles are separate from organization roles. A player can hold both an organization role (for their team) and an agency role (for their representation) at the same time.
## Business Roles
Business roles are for companies and brands that run a Discord server and want a branded presence in the Esports Hub server. Like org and agency roles, you upload your logo, choose a color scheme, and the role is created with your branding. They are cosmetic only and grant no permissions.
### Eligibility
To create a business role, your business Discord server must meet one of the following requirements:
* **At least 250 members and 2 months old** - Your business server must have at least 250 members and be at least 2 months old from creation or re-launch.
* **5 verified invites** - If your server doesn't meet both of those, you can qualify by inviting 5 new members to the Esports Hub Discord server through a tracking link generated during validation.
After your business role is created, you can claim the optional **Business Owner** role. Unlike organizations, business roles do not have a co-owner role.
Organization, agency, and business role requests for very large Discord servers (100,000 or more members) are sent to our staff for review before the role is created. If your server is flagged for review, you will be notified during validation and again once staff approve the request, after which you can finish creating the role.
## Requirements & Maintenance
Roles are not permanent by default. Depending on the role type, there are ongoing requirements to keep your role active:
* **Custom roles** - If you earned your role through invites, your role stays as long as the invited members remain in the server. If enough of your invitees leave and you drop below the threshold, the role may be removed.
* **Server Boost roles** - Your custom role remains active as long as you continue boosting the server. If you stop boosting, the role will be removed.
* **Org, Agency & Business roles** - These roles are managed by the organization, agency, or business owner and are not subject to invite requirements.
Roles can be automatically removed if you no longer meet the requirements. You will receive a notification before removal so you have time to take action, such as inviting more members or renewing your server boost.
## Invite Tracking
Esports Hub tracks invites through personalized invite links. When you share your link and someone joins the server through it, that invite is counted toward your total.
Visit the Discord Roles page and click the button to generate your personal invite link. This link is unique to your account.
Send your link to friends, teammates, or community members. Post it on social media, in other Discord servers, or anywhere you like.
The roles page shows your current invite count in real time. Once you reach 5 verified invites, custom role creation is automatically unlocked.
Only verified joins count toward your total. The system confirms that the new member actually joined through your specific link and remained in the server. Duplicate accounts and members who leave immediately are not counted.
Your invite link never expires and can be reused indefinitely. Share it as widely as you want - every new member who joins through it counts toward your progress.
# Domains
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/domains
Search, register, and set up domain names across .com, .gg, .io and 500+ extensions. We register the name for you and wire up the DNS, no registrar account needed.
Search any name, see live availability and real pricing across .com, .gg, .io and 500+ more extensions, and we register and set it up for you. Open to everyone, whether you build the rest of your presence with us or not.
Check availability and pricing live at esportshub.io/domains.
## Overview
There is no registrar account to manage and no control panels to learn. You pick the name, we secure it in your name, and we point it wherever you need it.
| Stat | Detail |
| ---- | ---------------------------------------- |
| 60s | From search to registered |
| 500+ | Extensions you can register, .com to .gg |
| Free | WHOIS privacy and SSL on every domain |
## How it works
Type any name and check it live across .com, .gg, .io and 500+ more extensions, with real pricing (including renewals) as you go. Premium names are flagged before you pay.
No registrar account, no logins. We secure the name in your name and keep it yours. WHOIS privacy is included free, and it renews automatically (cancel anytime).
We configure the DNS (A, CNAME and MX records) and connect it to your site, an existing host, or your email, with SSL set up for you. Use it anywhere, not just with us.
Pricing is the real registry price, including renewals, shown before you pay. No markup surprises.
Already building a website with Esports Hub? We can register the domain and wire it straight to your new site so everything goes live together.
# Explore
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/explore
The Explore tab is the platform's discovery hub - a curated landing page that surfaces the features and tools available to your account.
Explore is the platform's discovery hub: a curated tile grid of the features and tools your account has access to. New members use it to find their way; long-time members use it as a quick launch surface. It is reachable any time from the sidebar (logging in drops you on AI Chat by default).
Sign in to see your personalised tile grid.
## What's on the page
Every member sees a baseline set of tiles, plus the Partner Dashboard tile if their account is a partner or partner delegate. Tiles link directly to the underlying tool.
Baseline tiles include:
* **Discord Roles**, custom roles, org badges, agency badges. Covered in detail at [Discord Roles](/discord-roles).
* **Rewards**, points, tier progression, daily tasks, store credits. See [Rewards](/rewards).
* **Activities**, tier lists, community polls, ongoing events. See [Tier List Builder](/tier-list).
* **Affiliate**, your unique referral link and earnings dashboard. See [Affiliate Program](/affiliate).
* **Resume Builder**, build and export an esports resume. See [Resume Builder](/resume-builder).
## Personalised tiles
Tiles appear and disappear based on what your account currently has:
* **Partners** (and their delegates) get a tile linking to the [Partner Dashboard](/partner-dashboard).
The Partner Dashboard tile is the only conditional tile today. It appears while your partnership is active and disappears when it ends.
## Search and quick-launch
The Esports Hub sidebar already exposes every feature directly, so Explore isn't the only way to find things. It's optimised for **discovery**, what's available to you right now, rather than navigation. If you know what you want, the sidebar or `Ctrl K` search panel will get you there faster.
## When tiles change
Tiles refresh when:
* A subscription event lands (you upgrade, downgrade, renew, or cancel)
* A partnership starts or ends
* A new platform feature ships that's relevant to your account class
You don't need to refresh the page manually; the tile set updates in the background and re-renders next time you visit.

# Getting Started
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/getting-started
Create your Esports Hub account, sign in with Discord, complete verification, and start using the platform in a few minutes.
Learn how to create your Esports Hub account, log in with Discord, and start exploring the platform. This guide walks you through everything you need to get up and running.
Sign in and start using the platform at esportshub.io.
## Create an Account
Esports Hub uses Discord for authentication. There is no separate sign-up form. Your Discord account is your Esports Hub account.
You must be a member of the Esports Hub Discord server before you can access the web portal. If you haven't joined yet, use the invite link shared on the site or from a friend.
Navigate to the site. You will be redirected to the login page automatically if you are not signed in.
Click the sign-in button to authenticate through Discord. You will be asked to authorize the Esports Hub application to access your basic Discord profile.
Your Discord display name, avatar, and server membership are used to personalize your Esports Hub experience. No sensitive Discord data is stored.
## Discord Login
When you visit the site, you will be redirected to a Discord authorization screen. This is the standard OAuth2 flow where Esports Hub requests permission to read your profile and verify your server membership.
Once authorized, you are signed in automatically on future visits. Sessions persist across browser sessions so you rarely need to re-authenticate.
If you leave the Esports Hub Discord server, your web portal access will be revoked until you rejoin.
## First Steps
After signing in, you land on the AI Chat page. Here are a few things to try first:
* **Ask the AI assistant** to get help with Discord roles, team management, or platform questions.
* **Visit the Rewards page** to check out the daily tasks and start earning points.
* **Explore Discord Roles** to create custom roles for your Discord profile with unique colors and icons.
* **Check your settings** to customize your theme, font, and preferences.
## Navigating the App
The sidebar on the left is your main navigation. It contains two sections:
* **Tools** contains links to all platform features including Discord Roles, Resume Builder, Discord Bots, Mentoring, Store, Contracts, Websites, and Rewards.
* **Chats** shows your AI conversation history. Click any past conversation to continue it.
On desktop, the sidebar can be collapsed to a narrow icon strip for more screen space. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top bar to open the sidebar.
Press **Ctrl+K** (or **Cmd+K** on Mac) to quickly search your chat conversations.
# Gift Premium
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/gift
Gift Premium to a friend or teammate. Search by username, pick a duration, pay once, and the recipient gets every Premium perk delivered to their account.
You can gift Premium to anyone on Esports Hub: a teammate, a friend, a member you want to support. Pick a duration, pay once, and the recipient gets the full Premium feature set applied to their account for the period you covered.
Search a member, pick a duration, and pay once.
## What gets gifted
Gifted Premium is functionally identical to a paid Premium subscription, just paid by someone else. The recipient gets every perk for the duration you covered:
* Pro Discord bot deployment
* Free personal website + revamp option
* Free Discord server setup
* \$10 monthly store credit (one per month of the gift)
* 2x rewards points multiplier
* Resume builder access
* Premium-only Discord channels and Premium role
* Every other Premium perk listed at [Subscriptions](/subscriptions)
Gifts don't auto-renew. When the duration ends, the recipient drops back to Free unless they (or someone else) renews.
## How to send a gift
Sign in and head to `/gift`.
Type the recipient's username (their Esports Hub display name or Discord username). Pick the right account from the dropdown.
Gifts come in **1, 3, 6, or 12 months**, priced at a flat \$12 per month.
Checkout runs through Stripe or PayPal, the same as a personal subscription. The charge is one-time; no card stays on file for renewals.
The recipient sees an in-app notification confirming the gift and its duration the next time they open Esports Hub. Premium is active immediately.
## Stacking and edge cases
* **Recipient already has Premium or Lifetime**: anyone with active Premium (self-paid or gifted) or Lifetime is excluded from the recipient search, so you can't select them. Only members currently on Free show up in the results.
* **Recipient deactivates**: if the recipient deletes their account within the gift duration, the gift is forfeited (no refund) because the Discord perks have already been delivered.
## Gifts vs store credit
Premium gifts are distinct from the store-credit grants that come with active partnerships and boosts. You can't apply store credit to a gift; gifts are paid in full from a normal payment method. Store credit covers store products (custom roles, server setups, etc.) on your own account.
# Giveaways
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/giveaways
How Esports Hub giveaways work: qualify on the leaderboard, scoring, winner selection, claim windows, and prize delivery timelines.
Esports Hub hosts giveaways where the most active community members qualify to win prizes. Activity is tracked automatically and displayed on a public leaderboard.
## How It Works
When a giveaway is active, your activity across the server is tracked and combined into a single score. The top scorers at the end of the giveaway period qualify to win. No entry or signup is needed - just be active.
## Scoring
Your score is a combination of three activity types, each tracked independently.
| Activity | How It's Tracked | Column |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------- | ------ |
| Chat messages | Messages sent in the general channel | Chat |
| Counting messages | Correct counts in the counting channel | Count |
| Voice activity | Minutes spent in voice channels | Voice |
All three are added together to produce your combined score. The leaderboard shows the breakdown so you can see where your points are coming from.
Chat messages have a 15-second cooldown per user (plus a minimum length and a repeat-message filter), and counting has a 5-second cooldown. Only messages that pass moderation are counted.
## Leaderboard
The giveaway leaderboard is available at **/giveaways** on the website and via the **/giveaway** or **!giveaway** commands in Discord. The leaderboard is public - no login is required to view it.
* **QUALIFY** - a green tag shown next to your name if you are currently in the top qualifying positions
* **YOU** - a white tag shown if you are on the leaderboard but outside the qualifying positions
The leaderboard updates every 5 minutes as activity data is flushed from the bot. A live countdown timer shows how much time remains in the giveaway.
## Qualifying
Each giveaway specifies how many winners qualify. For example, if the giveaway has 5 prizes, the top 5 users on the leaderboard when the giveaway ends are the winners. Positions can change at any time while the giveaway is active, so stay active to hold your spot.
## Prize Delivery
Winners are contacted via Discord after the giveaway ends. Prizes can take 60 days or more to be delivered, and larger or international prizes take longer. Winners must respond within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.
Using multiple accounts, bots, or any method to gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification. All giveaways are subject to our terms of service.

When you generate a tracked invite link, the system monitors who joins the Discord server through that link and credits the invite to your account. Invite tracking is used for reward tasks and role unlock requirements.

Tracked invite links are generated automatically when you start an invite-based task. This includes invite reward tasks on the Rewards page and role edit unlock requirements. Once generated, copy the link and share it with anyone who might be interested in the Esports Hub community.
Each task gets a single tracked invite link. If your invite link expires, a new one is created automatically and your progress is preserved.
### How Invites Are Counted
An invite is counted when a new user joins the Esports Hub Discord server through your tracked link. The system uses a baseline snapshot taken when your task starts and only credits members who were not already in the server at that time.
| Scenario | Counted? |
| ---------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| A new user joins via your link | Yes |
| An existing member leaves and rejoins via your link | No |
| A Discord account less than 7 days old joins via your link | No (flagged as potential alt) |
| You join your own invite link | No |
### Anti-Abuse Detection
To keep the system fair, Esports Hub includes anti-abuse detection. When your invite task starts, a snapshot of current server members is taken as a baseline. Only genuinely new members are credited. Accounts less than 7 days old, self-invites, and members who were already in the server are automatically excluded.
Attempting to inflate your invite count with alt accounts may result in your invite privileges being revoked and your rewards profile being suspended.
## Referral Discount
Eligible free users are offered a 50% discount on their first month of Premium. A prompt appears automatically when you qualify. Click redeem to claim the discount, and you will be directed to the subscription page where the 50% off is applied at checkout.
| Detail | Value |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Discount amount | 50% off first month |
| Applies to | Premium monthly subscription |
| Eligibility | Free users who have never subscribed |
The referral discount is only available to users who have never had a Premium subscription. If you have previously subscribed, even if your subscription has since expired, you are not eligible for the discount.
## Other Invite Uses
Invite tracking is used in several areas of the platform:
* **Reward tasks** require invites to complete and award points on the Rewards page.
* **Role edit unlocks** allow you to unlock additional edits after using your free edits by completing a 5-invite task.
Each invite task tracks progress independently. Invites earned for reward tasks do not count toward role unlocks, and vice versa.

# Partner Dashboard
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/partner-dashboard
Manage your Esports Hub partnership - schedule promo posts, claim the Pro Discord Bot, track benefits, and post your brand to the partners channel.
The Partner Dashboard is your hub for managing all partnership benefits. It appears in the sidebar once your partnership is active and gives you full control over promo posts, brand presence, and benefit usage.
If you're not yet a partner, see packages and tiers at esportshub.io/partnerships.
## Overview
At the top of the dashboard you can see your current tier, store discount percentage, and how many promo posts you have remaining. This gives you a quick snapshot of your partnership status.
## Promo Announcements
Create and schedule promotional posts that go directly to the announcements channel in Discord. As a partner, your posts skip payment and go straight to scheduled status.
Write your promo announcement with a title, description, and any links or media you want to include.
Choose when you want the post to go live. The post is queued to the team through an internal staff ticket and posted at the scheduled time.
Your remaining promo post count updates in real time as you schedule posts.
The number of promo posts depends on your tier: 4 per month for Starter, 6 per month for Professional, and 8 per month for Enterprise, across the partnership duration (so 12, 18, and 24 over a 3-month partnership). Once used, they cannot be replenished until a new partnership is purchased.
## Partners Channel Post
Post your brand info, profile image, and social links to the dedicated partners channel in Discord. This is a one-time post that stays in the channel for the duration of your partnership.
## Pro Discord Bot
Claim the Pro Discord Bot for your server directly from the dashboard. When you click claim, a support ticket is created automatically and the team will set up the bot in your server.
The Partner Dashboard is only visible while your partnership is active. Once your partnership expires, it will no longer appear in the sidebar.

Depending on your tier you receive 4 (Starter), 6 (Professional), or 8 (Enterprise) posts per month across the partnership duration, so a 3-month partnership totals 12, 18, or 24 posts. Custom plans set their own volume at \$5 per promo per month (2 to 10 posts per month, 1 to 6 months). When you schedule a post from the Partner Dashboard, it is queued to the team through an internal staff ticket and posted at your chosen time. The dashboard includes a Discord markdown editor with live preview.

### No Giveaway Fees
Giveaway posts done through our services normally incur a fee. With this benefit, those fees are waived for the duration of your partnership. Included with all preset tiers. For custom plans, this perk unlocks at 2 or more paid benefits.
### Pro Discord Bot
Add a fully-featured [Pro Discord bot](/discord-bots) to your server with premium features unavailable on the free tier. Configure it at bot.esportshub.io once your partnership is active.

# Patch Notes
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/patch-notes
The Esports Hub platform changelog. Every product update, fix, and policy change, dated and listed newest first.
Patch notes track every meaningful change to the Esports Hub platform: new features, fixes, policy tweaks, and the small adjustments that make the site work better day to day. Posts are dated, listed newest first, and tagged so you can filter by area.
Every platform change, dated and searchable.
## What gets listed
| Tag | Covers |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **New** | Features that didn't exist before. Whole product surfaces, new bot abilities, new partnership benefits. |
| **Improved** | Existing features that got noticeably better, faster, clearer, more flexible. |
| **Fixed** | Bugs we identified and closed. Always linked back to the affected area. |
| **Policy** | Rule changes, refund-policy adjustments, moderation updates, ticket-flow changes. |
| **Removed** | Features or surfaces we sunset. Always paired with a "why" sentence. |
Each entry includes a short headline, a one-paragraph description, and links to the affected pages or docs.
## Release cadence
We post patch notes in batches. There's no fixed release day; we publish when a meaningful set of changes has shipped, usually weekly. Smaller hot-fixes that don't deserve a full entry are rolled into the next batch.
## Subscribing
Every new patch-notes entry posts to the #patch-notes Discord channel automatically. Enable channel notifications there if you want the alert.
The latest entry is also available from the `/api/patch-notes/latest` endpoint, which powers in-app widgets. Read access is open, no auth needed.
## Reporting something we missed
If you spot a bug we haven't fixed yet, or a behaviour that doesn't match what the patch notes describe, open a [Website Bug Report ticket](/support) in Discord. Include the page, what you expected, what you saw, and a screenshot if relevant. Bugs that are reproducible enough to act on appear in the next batch with a "Fixed" tag and a credit to the reporter when they want one.
# Resume Builder
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/resume-builder
Create professional esports resumes with templates, a canvas-based editor, AI feedback, and PDF export.
Create professional esports resumes with templates, a canvas-based editor, AI-powered feedback, and PDF export. Build multiple resumes tailored for different opportunities including teams, agencies, sponsors, and more.
Build, edit, and export your esports resume at esportshub.io/resume.
The Resume Builder is available exclusively to Premium and Lifetime subscribers. You need an active subscription to create, edit, and import resumes.
## Creating a Resume
Getting started with your first resume takes just a few steps. You can create multiple resumes for different purposes.
Navigate to the Resume Builder from the sidebar. If you have existing resumes, they will be listed in your gallery.
Browse the template carousel and select one of the pre-built templates designed for esports use cases. You can also choose the Blank template for full creative control, or upload an existing resume file.
The editor opens with your selected template. Add your information, rearrange elements, and customize the design to match your style.
Your resume saves automatically as you work. When ready, download it as a PDF or generate a share link.
You can also import an existing resume by uploading a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD file (up to 10 MB). The content will be imported so you can continue editing it in the canvas editor.
## Templates
There are 7 templates to choose from: Modern, Classic, Creative, Minimalist, Professional, Bold, and Blank. They range from clean minimal layouts to bold two-column designs with accent colors.
* **Style variants** - Each template is a distinct visual style, from clean and minimal to bold and colorful, so you can pick the look that fits the opportunity.
* **Pre-built sections** - Each template includes structured sections for experience, skills, achievements, education, and contact information already laid out. Just fill in your details.
* **Fully customizable** - Starting from a template does not lock you in. Every element can be moved, resized, recolored, or deleted in the editor. Use the template as a foundation and make it your own.
* **Blank canvas** - If you prefer to start from scratch, the Blank template gives you an empty page with no pre-built content.
## Editor
The Resume Builder uses a canvas-based editor that gives you precise control over your layout. It works like a lightweight design tool where you can position elements exactly where you want them, adjust sizes visually, and see your changes in real time.
The editor requires a desktop screen. It is not available on mobile devices due to the canvas-based interface.
### Toolbar
The top toolbar provides access to all editing tools and actions:
* **Insert elements** - Add text blocks, shapes (rectangles, circles, lines), and images to your resume.
* **Text formatting** - Apply bold, italic, underline, and change alignment. Adjust font family, font size, and text color per element.
* **Color picker** - Choose from preset colors or set custom colors for text and shape elements.
* **Undo and redo** - Step backward or forward through your editing history.
* **Zoom controls** - Zoom in for precise placement or zoom out to see the full page layout.
### Canvas Controls
* **Drag and drop** - Move any element by clicking and dragging it to a new position.
* **Resize handles** - Grab the corner or edge handles to resize an element. Hold Shift to maintain the aspect ratio.
* **Layer ordering** - Bring elements forward or send them backward to control overlap.
* **Keyboard shortcuts** - Copy (Ctrl+C), paste (Ctrl+V), duplicate (Ctrl+D), delete (Delete key), and arrow keys for precise positioning.
* **Multi-page support** - Add, remove, reorder, and hide individual pages for multi-page resumes.
* **Auto-save** - Your work is saved automatically every few seconds. A save indicator in the toolbar shows when changes have been saved.
## AI Guide
The editor includes an AI-powered guidance panel that analyzes your resume content in real time and provides actionable feedback to help you improve it.
* **Quality checklist** - Automatically checks whether your resume has complete contact info, a filled-in summary, experience with dates, strong action verbs, measurable results, and consistent formatting.
* **Warnings and tips** - The AI highlights specific issues like placeholder text, missing metrics, weak language, or incomplete sections. Each suggestion includes a short explanation and points to the exact text in your resume.
* **Text highlighting** - When the AI identifies a problem, it highlights the relevant text directly in the editor so you can find and fix it quickly.
Toggle the AI Guide on or off from the toolbar. It is most useful after you have filled in your core content and want to refine it before sharing.
## PDF Export and Sharing
When your resume is ready, you can download it as a PDF or share it with others through a link or directly with specific users.
### Downloading as PDF
Click the **Download PDF** button in the toolbar to export your resume. The PDF preserves all fonts, colors, images, and formatting. Multi-page resumes are exported as a single PDF file with all visible pages included.
### Sharing Options
Click the **Share** button in the toolbar to open sharing options. You can control who sees your resume:
* **Public link** - Set visibility to "Anyone with link" to generate a shareable URL. Anyone with the link can view a read-only version of your resume in the browser without needing an account.
* **Share with specific users** - Search for users on the platform by email or username and give them view access. Shared users can see your resume from their account.
* **Private** - Keep your resume private so only you and anyone you have explicitly shared it with can see it.
Public links make your resume visible to anyone with the URL. If your resume contains personal contact information, consider whether you want it publicly accessible. You can switch between public and private at any time.
# Rewards
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/rewards
Earn points in the Esports Hub server through daily tasks, login streaks, and activity, then redeem them for store credit, Nitro, and rewards.
The Esports Hub rewards system lets you earn points through tasks, streaks, and community participation, including [community games](/community-games). [Boosting the server](/boost-perks) adds a 1.5x multiplier on top. Progress through tiers for higher multipliers and spend your points in the store on exclusive rewards.
## Points
Points are the core currency of the Rewards system. You earn points by completing tasks, maintaining daily login streaks, and participating in community activities. Your total points determine your tier, which unlocks higher multipliers and better rewards.
You have two point balances: your **lifetime points** (total ever earned, determines your tier) and your **spendable points** (available to spend in the store). Spending points reduces your spendable balance but never affects your lifetime total or tier.
Points earned from tasks are influenced by your active multipliers. The base amount listed on each task is multiplied by your combined multiplier before being added to your total.
Your tier is based on lifetime points, not your spendable balance. Spending points in the store does not reduce your tier progress.
## Tiers
As you earn points, you progress through five tiers. Each tier increases your base multiplier, meaning you earn points faster the higher you climb.
| Tier | Points Required | Base Multiplier |
| ---------- | --------------- | --------------- |
| Starter | 0 | 1x |
| Competitor | 5,000 | 1.25x |
| Veteran | 25,000 | 1.5x |
| Elite | 75,000 | 1.75x |
| Legend | 150,000 | 2x |
Focus on completing daily tasks and maintaining your login streak to climb tiers quickly. The compounding effect of higher multipliers makes a significant difference over time.
## Tasks
Tasks are activities you complete to earn points. They are organized into four categories based on how often they reset:
### Daily Tasks
Daily tasks reset every day at **midnight UTC**. These are smaller, quick-to-complete activities that encourage consistent daily engagement.
### Weekly Tasks
Weekly tasks reset every **Monday at midnight UTC**. These tasks require more effort but reward significantly more points.
### Monthly Tasks
Monthly tasks reset on the **1st of each month at midnight UTC**. These are the highest-value recurring tasks and typically involve sustained participation over a longer period.
### Special Tasks
Special tasks are **permanent one-time tasks** that never reset. They are often tied to milestones like your first invite or setting up your profile. Complete them whenever you are ready for a bonus point payout.
### Task Types
Tasks measure different types of community engagement:
* **Voice minutes** - Spend time in voice channels on the Esports Hub Discord server. Progress is tracked automatically while you are connected.
* **Messaging** - Send messages in text channels on the Esports Hub server. General messages and counting channel messages are tracked separately.
* **Invites** - Invite new members to the server using your personal invite link.
* **Daily login** - Log in to the Esports Hub web portal at least once per day. Each login earns 1,000 base points.
Task progress is tracked automatically. Do not attempt to inflate numbers artificially. Spam messages, idle voice bots, and duplicate accounts are detected and may result in your rewards profile being suspended.
## Streaks
Logging in every day builds your login streak. When you hit certain streak milestones, you receive a bonus point reward on top of your regular daily login points.
| Streak Milestone | Bonus Points |
| ---------------- | ------------ |
| 2 days | 100 |
| 3 days | 150 |
| 5 days | 250 |
| 7 days | 400 |
| 10 days | 600 |
| 14 days | 800 |
| 21 days | 1,000 |
| 30 days | 1,250 |
Your streak continues as long as you log in at least once per **UTC calendar day**. Miss a full day and your streak resets to zero, unless a streak shield is available to cover the gap. Streak bonuses are subject to your active multipliers, so higher tiers and premium perks make streaks even more valuable.
A full 30-day streak earns a combined **4,550 bonus points** across all milestones, before multipliers. At Legend tier with all multipliers active, that number climbs significantly.
### Multiplier Stacking
Multiple multipliers can be active at the same time, and they stack together for massive point gains. Here are all the sources:
| Source | Multiplier |
| ----------------------------- | ---------- |
| Tier (Starter through Legend) | 1x - 2x |
| Premium subscription | 2x |
| Server Boost | 1.5x |
| XP Boost (from store) | 2x |
| Off-Peak bonus | 2x |
| Global Events | Varies |
Multipliers are combined by multiplication. For example, a Legend tier user (2x) with Premium (2x), Server Boost (1.5x), and an XP Boost (2x) would have a total multiplier of **2 x 2 x 1.5 x 2 = 12x**. The maximum possible multiplier is capped at **15x** to maintain balance.
Your current multiplier is displayed on the Rewards page next to your point total. Hover over it to see a breakdown of each active source.
## Store Redemption
The Rewards Store is where you spend your earned points on real rewards.
### Available Rewards
* **XP Boost** - A temporary 2x multiplier that lasts 24 hours and stacks with your existing multipliers.
* **Store Credit** - Redeem points for \$30 in store credit that can be used toward purchases in the Esports Hub shop.
* **Custom Role** - Create a custom Discord role with your choice of name, color, and icon for the Esports Hub server.
* **Nitro** - Discord Nitro delivered through a support ticket after redemption.
* **Gift Card** - A gift card delivered through a support ticket after redemption, available in \$10, \$20, and \$30 tiers. Availability can vary, so check the store for the current options.
Rewards fulfilled through a support ticket, such as Nitro and gift cards, can take 60 days or more to be delivered, in line with our [Terms](https://esportshub.io/terms). Instant rewards like XP boosts and store credit apply to your account right away.
Navigate to the Rewards page and scroll to the store section. Items show their point cost and a description of what you will receive.
Your spendable point balance is shown on the Rewards page. Make sure you have enough to cover the item you want.
Click the redeem button on any item. The points will be deducted from your spendable balance and the reward will be applied to your account or fulfilled through a Discord ticket.
# Server Rules
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/rules
How the Esports Hub server rules work, the 3-strike system, what counts as a severe rule break, and how to appeal a ban or strike.
Every member of the Esports Hub Discord server agrees to follow the server rules. We use a 3-strike system for most rule breaks, with instant bans for the more serious ones.
## Strike system
| Strikes | What happens |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1 strike | A warning is logged on your account. If you keep breaking rules, the next strike adds up. |
| 2 strikes | A second warning. Depending on what happened, you might also get a temporary mute or cool-off. |
| 3 strikes | Permanent ban from the server, the website, and any paid services on your account. |
Some rule breaks skip the strike system and go straight to a ban. These include doxxing, threats of violence or self-harm, scams, and anything that could get the platform in legal trouble.
## The rules
The full list lives in the rules channel on Discord. Quick summary:
* **No discrimination** - based on race, sexuality, gender, disability, religion, or body shape.
* **No spamming** - mass messages, mass reactions, mass pings.
* **No threats or harassment** - including jokes about self-harm.
* **No doxxing** - don't share another member's personal info.
* **Follow Discord's rules** - you also agree to [Discord's Terms](https://discord.com/terms).
* **Use the right channels** - keep things on-topic for the channel you're in.
* **No money requests** - no begging, donations, loans, or asking for in-game items.
* **No gambling content** - no betting, casinos, or lotteries.
* **English only** - so the whole server can follow along.
* **No invite links or ads** - to other Discord servers or unsolicited promotion.
* **No scamming** - fake vouches, chargebacks, impersonation, phishing links.
* **No verification dodging** - getting around verification or coming back after a ban with an alt is an instant ban. See the [Verification](/verification) page.
## How to appeal a strike or ban
If you think a strike or ban was a mistake, you can appeal:
* **Through the contact page**: open an appeal at [esportshub.io/contact](https://esportshub.io/contact).
* **Through Discord**: if you still have access, open a Server Support ticket and use the appeal flow.
An admin will look at your appeal and reply within 7 days. The decision is final unless you have new info to share.
If you've been banned, your verification data is still kept for up to 7 years so the ban can't be dodged with a new account. If your appeal is approved, your access is restored. If it's not, the ban and the data retention stay in place.
## Reporting someone
See someone breaking the rules? Open a Server Support ticket through the support panel rather than DMing staff. Tickets keep everything in one place so the admin handling it has the full picture. Include:
* Who's involved
* What channel it happened in
* A short description, plus a message link or screenshot if you have one
Reports are looked at in the order they come in, with serious stuff handled first. The full ticket flow is on the [Support & Tickets](/support) page.
# Self-Roles
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/self-roles
Pick the Discord roles you actually want, game roles, region, experience, notifications, and management specialties. Manage them yourself from Discord, changes save instantly.
Self-roles let you opt in or out of the Discord roles that decide who gets pinged for what and what shows on your profile. Game roles, region, experience, notification pings, management specialties: all of it is toggleable from inside Discord, instantly, no staff needed.
Click "Manage your roles" on the #self-roles panel, or run /self-roles anywhere on the server.
## How to manage your roles
Self-roles are managed right inside Discord, no link to wait for and nothing that expires. Two ways in, both open the same picker:
Go to the #self-roles channel and click **Manage your roles**, or type `/self-roles` in any channel. Both work from anywhere on the server.
A private message opens that only you can see, with one dropdown per category. Your current roles are already selected, so you're editing what you have rather than starting from scratch.
Change a dropdown and the bot applies it straight away. No Save button, no confirmation step, no link that expires. Reopen the picker any time to adjust.
## What you can pick
The picker has five dropdowns:
* **Game Roles** (up to 2), Valorant, League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Rocket League, Marvel Rivals, Rainbow Six, Apex Legends. Used for tournament alerts, looking-for-team posts, and game-specific news.
* **Region** (pick one), Oceania, North America, Europe, Middle East. Used for region-specific events and announcements.
* **Experience** (pick one), 1 through 5+ years. Only applies once you hold a role where experience is meaningful: Coach, Caster, Investor, Esports Manager, Esports Moderator, Video Editor, or Graphic Designer.
* **Roles & Notifications** (pick as many as you want), identity roles like Player, Free Agent, Content Creator, Caster, Coach, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Esports Manager, Esports Moderator, and Investor, plus notification opt-ins for Server Updates, Polls, and News Feed pings.
* **Management Specialties** (up to 3), General, Roster, Social Media, Business, Content, Sponsorship, Community, and Player Management. Only applies once you hold Esports Manager, Esports Moderator, Coach, or Investor.
Region and Experience are single-pick, so choosing a new option swaps the old one out. Game Roles cap at 2 and Management Specialties at 3, while Roles & Notifications has no cap.
Experience and Management Specialties are gated. Pick a qualifying role in the Roles & Notifications dropdown first, then reopen the picker and set them. Try it without one and the bot tells you exactly which role to pick.
Roles that are **not** in the picker (staff, admin, mentor, partner, premium tiers) can't be self-assigned. The dropdowns only ever list the safe opt-in roles, and the bot re-checks every pick against that list on its side, so a tampered selection still can't pull in a restricted one. Those are granted by staff or earned through application flows.
## Clearing a category
Want out of a category entirely? Open the picker, deselect everything in that dropdown, and it clears instantly. Every change is explicit and scoped to one category, so editing one group never touches the roles you kept in another.
## Privacy
Self-role changes are logged so staff can debug "I thought I had X role" reports, but they aren't published anywhere or tied to your public profile.
# Server Tag
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/server-tag
Claim the Esports Hub Discord server tag, a clean icon-only white lightning bolt with no text. Free for every member.
The Esports Hub Discord server tag is a single white lightning bolt that sits next to your username across Discord. No letters, no words, no background colour. Just the icon. Free to claim for every member.
See what the tag looks like in context and how to apply it at esportshub.io/server-tag.
## What Is a Discord Server Tag
A Discord server tag is a small label that shows next to your username across Discord. Server owners unlock the perk via three Server Boosts and pick a 2 to 4 character code plus a small icon. Members opt in once and the tag follows their name everywhere Discord renders names: chat, voice channels, profile popouts, mentions, and DMs.
## Why Icon-Only
Most server tags are 2 to 4 letters of text because that's the default flow. Letters and words next to your username compete with the username itself. The Esports Hub tag is icon-only with no text, so it stays small, reads cleanly on every Discord theme, and lets your name stand on its own.
## How to Claim
Open the [discord.gg/esportshub](https://discord.gg/esportshub) invite and accept. Free, no signup gate.
Click the user settings cog at the bottom of the Discord app.
Go to Profile, scroll to Server Tag, and pick Esports Hub from the list of servers you can wear.
Confirm. The white bolt now sits next to your name across every Discord chat, voice channel, and DM.
Discord also shows a one-click prompt the first time you visit a server with an active tag. If you see the prompt for Esports Hub, accept and the tag is on.
## Where the Tag Shows Up
Anywhere Discord renders your name: chat, member list, profile popouts, mentions, voice channels, DMs. Renders identically on Discord desktop, web, iOS, and Android.
## Cost and Limits
Free for every member of the Esports Hub Discord. No premium gate, no points cost.
Discord only lets you wear one server tag at a time. Swapping takes one click in Discord Settings.
## Removing or Swapping the Tag
Open Discord Settings, go to Profile, scroll to Server Tag, and remove or swap. Removing the tag does not remove you from the Esports Hub server.
## Frequently Asked
**Did Esports Hub need Server Boosts to unlock the tag?**
Yes. Discord requires three Server Boosts before a server can unlock the tag perk. Esports Hub already had the perk active when the feature launched, which is why members can claim the bolt immediately.
**How rare is an icon-only tag?**
Most tags are 2 to 4 letters of text because that's the default flow. Icon-only tags with no visible letters are uncommon because they require a specific setup on the server owner's side.
**Can the tag be just numbers like 505?**
Discord allows alphanumeric characters and a small set of special characters, up to 4 characters. Numeric codes (like 505 or 999) are common in the rare-tag scene because they pair cleanly with most icons.
**Will it show on Discord mobile?**
Yes. Server tags render on every Discord client. The bolt sits next to your name everywhere Discord renders names, regardless of device.
# Settings
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/settings
Manage your Esports Hub theme, chat font, sessions, billing, and account preferences.
Manage your Esports Hub theme, chat font, sessions, billing, and account preferences. Settings are organized into five tabs: General, Account, Privacy, Integrations, and Billing.
## Profile
Your profile displays information pulled directly from your Discord account. Since Esports Hub uses Discord for authentication, your profile details are kept in sync automatically.
| Field | Source |
| -------------- | ---------------------------- |
| Display name | Your Discord display name |
| Avatar | Your Discord profile picture |
| Linked account | Your Discord user ID and tag |
To change your display name or avatar, update them in Discord and the changes will be reflected on Esports Hub the next time your session refreshes.
Esports Hub does not store your Discord password or any sensitive authentication credentials. Only your public profile information is used.
## General
The General tab contains appearance settings and data management options.
### Theme
Choose between four theme options to control the appearance of the interface. Each option shows a visual preview so you can see the difference before selecting.
* **Light** - A light background for brighter environments.
* **Dark** - A dark background optimized for low-light environments and reduced eye strain.
* **Auto** - Automatically matches your operating system's theme setting, switching between dark and light as your system does.
* **Lights Out** - A pure black background for OLED displays and the darkest possible look.
### Chat Font
Choose a font for the AI chat interface. Your selected font only affects the chat area - navigation and other UI elements remain in the default system font.
| Option | Font |
| ------- | -------------- |
| Default | Inter |
| Sans | Source Sans 3 |
| Mono | JetBrains Mono |
Mono is a great option if you prefer a more technical look. Sans offers a clean, readable alternative to the default font.
### Delete All Chats
Permanently delete all of your AI chat conversation history. The button shows a count of your existing chats and requires confirmation before proceeding. If you have no chats, the button is disabled.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All conversation history will be removed immediately.
## Account
The Account tab manages your account ID, active sessions, and sign-out options.
### Account ID
Your unique account ID is displayed at the top of the Account tab. Click it to copy it to your clipboard. This ID can be useful for support requests or account identification.
### Sessions
The sessions list shows all active sessions tied to your account. Each session entry displays the device (browser and operating system), the date it was created, and when it was last active. Your current session is labeled so you can distinguish it from others.
Open Settings and select the **Account** tab.
Review the list of active sessions. Identify the one you want to sign out by checking the device info and last active time.
Click the revoke button next to the session. That device will be signed out immediately and will need to re-authenticate through Discord to regain access.
You cannot revoke your current session from the sessions list. Use the Log Out of All Devices option if you want to sign out everywhere including your current device.
### Log Out of All Devices
Sign out from all active sessions at once, including your current device. This requires confirmation before proceeding. After signing out, you will need to re-authenticate through Discord on any device you want to use.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, use this option to sign out everywhere and then change your Discord password.
## Privacy
The Privacy tab covers your verification data, data export, and account deletion.
### Verification data
When you verified, the system captured some device and network signals to confirm you are a real person and to recognise returning users. You can delete this data from the Privacy tab. Deleting it unverifies your account, so you will need to re-verify to unlock member areas again.
### Export your data
Download a copy of the data tied to your account from the Privacy tab.
### Delete account
Permanently delete your Esports Hub account. For security, this flow sends a confirmation code to your email that you enter before the deletion goes through.
Deleting your account is permanent. Deleting your verification data is also irreversible and will require re-verification.
## Integrations
The Integrations tab manages the external accounts linked to Esports Hub.
| Service | Status |
| ------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Discord | Always connected. Discord is your sign-in account and cannot be disconnected. |
| YouTube | Connect or disconnect at any time. |
| Twitch | Connect or disconnect at any time. |
## Billing
The Billing tab shows your current subscription plan, payment method, invoice history, and store credit balance.
### Current Plan
Your current plan is displayed at the top of the Billing tab. Free users see an upgrade button that links to the subscription page. Premium subscribers see their plan name, renewal date, and status. Lifetime subscribers see a one-time purchase confirmation with no renewal date.
### Payment Method
Premium subscribers can view and update their payment method. The current card brand and last four digits are shown. Clicking update opens the Stripe billing portal where you can change your payment details.
### Invoices
A list of your recent subscription invoices is displayed with the date, total amount, and payment status. Click the view link on any invoice to open it in Stripe for full details.
### Store Credit
Your store credit balance is shown in the Billing tab. Store credit is earned by redeeming points in the Points Store and is automatically applied on orders over \$30. It can't be used on contract or partnership purchases.
### Cancellation and Resubscription
Premium subscribers can cancel their subscription from the Billing tab. After canceling, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. A resubscribe button is available during this time if you change your mind.
Lifetime plans cannot be canceled and never expire. The cancellation option only appears for monthly subscribers.
# Social Media Management
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/social-media
Done-for-you esports social media management on X (Twitter). Voice modeling, gameday coverage, brand-voice posts, and a first-month impressions guarantee that scales by tier.
Done-for-you social media management on X (Twitter) for esports orgs, teams, and creators. The same operator who runs Esports Hub social handles your account: voice modeling, gameday coverage, brand-voice posts, and growth audits.
Tier breakdowns, the impressions guarantee, and inquiry form at esportshub.io/social-media.
## What's Included
Every plan includes the same core deliverables. Higher tiers cover more posts per week and additional accounts.
* Voice modeled from your established brand and community
* Captions written in your brand voice
* Coverage for every game your org competes in
* Edits to gameday graphics
* Trend monitoring while topics are still rising
* Posting times tuned to your audience's timezone
* Benchmarking against your scene's top accounts
* Daily availability for calls and approvals
* Social media advice for sustained growth
* First-month impressions guarantee on managed tiers, or 50% back
## Plans
Every plan is scoped to your channel and account size. Pricing is quote-based to fit the workload, and we respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
| Tier | For | Output |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Advisory | Creators who want to run their own X account better | Pure advice, no account management. Content picks, posting times, tweet review, growth coaching |
| Starter | Creators and small orgs finding their voice | 2 to 3 posts per week |
| Professional | Active orgs and teams with regular output | 3 to 5 posts per week, up to 2 accounts |
| Enterprise | Brands running a full media engine | 5 to 7 posts per week, up to 3 accounts |
Need a tier outside the list, like multi-account management for a large org? Use the Custom inquiry form on the marketing page and we'll scope a package.
## The Impressions Guarantee
If we don't hit your tier's first-month impression target, we refund 50% of what you paid for that month. The target depends on your tier: 100,000 for Starter, 150,000 for Professional, and 200,000 for Enterprise. Counted in X's native analytics dashboard, on the account we manage. The Advisory tier is coaching only, so no impression guarantee applies.
## How Onboarding Works
Pick a tier on the marketing page and submit the inquiry form, or message us directly through Discord. We respond within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.
A 30 to 45 minute call to gather context: your brand, audience, voice, what you do and don't want covered, who your scene is, and which posts have worked in the past.
We build a written voice doc capturing your tone, recurring phrases, lines you don't cross, and audience expectations. You sign off on it before we post anything.
You either share login details directly or grant us delegated access via X's official tools so your password stays yours. Either way, you can revoke access in one click from X settings.
First drafts come over for your review. Approve in one message, and we schedule. If you'd rather we post without per-draft sign-off after the first week, that's fine too.
## What's Not Included
To keep the scope clean and the work focused, the social media service does not cover:
* Paid ads or boosted posts (run those through your own ad accounts)
* Long-form video editing or full creative campaigns
* Replies and DMs as a service (we handle them on a best-effort basis)
* Other platforms (we're X-focused; Instagram and TikTok operators coming soon)
For paid creative campaigns or apparel, see [partnerships](/partnerships).
## Cancellation and Ownership
Monthly billing with no lock-in. Cancel mid-month and we finish your current cycle. No partial refunds, no tail. You own all the content we create on your behalf.
## Frequently Asked
**Do I have to hand over my X login?**
You can either share login details directly or use a delegated-access tool so your password stays yours. Either way, you can revoke access anytime in one click from X settings.
**Who writes the posts?**
The Esports Hub owner. Five plus years running social in the scene, with past work on accounts like PWR. Every post comes from the same hands so the voice stays consistent.
**Can you match an existing brand voice?**
Yes. Voice modeling is the first step of onboarding. We read your past posts, watch how your community talks, and write a voice doc you sign off on before we go live.
**What about accounts with low engagement?**
We audit your posting style and surface what's hurting reach: low-quality posts, content not aimed at the right audience, or posting at dead hours. Then we change the cadence and content based on what's actually working.
# Store
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/store
Browse and purchase custom Discord roles, org role sets, and server setup services from the Esports Hub store.
The Esports Hub store offers custom Discord roles, org branding, and server setup services. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Esports Hub never stores your card information directly.

| Custom Role | \$5 | A personalized Discord role with a custom name, color (solid or gradient), and optional icon applied to the Esports Hub server |
| Organization Role | \$5 | A branded role set for esports organizations with team member assignments (up to 30 members), ownership designation, and social media links |

Custom, organization, agency, and business roles are cosmetic only. They apply your name, color, and branding in the Esports Hub server and grant no Discord permissions or special status.
## Purchasing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.
Browse the store and click the product you want. Fill in any required details like role name, color, and icon.
You will be taken to the checkout page where you enter your billing details and payment information. Any applicable discounts or store credit are applied automatically.
Custom roles and org roles are fulfilled automatically after payment. Server setup orders create a Discord ticket where the team will coordinate the build with you.
## Discounts
Several discounts may apply to your order at checkout.
* **Premium 10% off** applies to all store purchases for active [Premium and Lifetime](/subscriptions) subscribers. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
* **Lifetime 50% off first purchase** is a one-time discount exclusive to Lifetime subscribers. It applies to your first eligible store purchase and cannot be combined with store credit.
* **Store credit** can be redeemed from the Rewards page and is applied first at checkout on orders over \$30, reducing the amount charged to your card. If your credit fully covers the order, no card payment is needed. Store credit can't be used on contract or partnership purchases.
Store credit takes priority over other discounts. If you have store credit, it will be used before the Premium or Lifetime discount is calculated.
## Rewards Store
The Rewards Store is separate from the main store. It uses points earned through the Rewards system instead of real money. Redeemable items like XP boosts, custom roles, store credit, Nitro, and gift cards are found on the Rewards page, not on the store page.
All store purchases are final. Review the product details carefully before completing your order. If you have questions about a product, reach out in the Discord server before purchasing.

* **50% off your first store purchase**
* **OG Discord role** exclusive to Lifetime members
* **Early access to new features** before they are released to the wider community
The Lifetime plan does not include the \$10 monthly store credit since there is no recurring billing. All other Premium features are included permanently.
The Lifetime plan is a launch offer limited to the first 50 members. Once claimed, it cannot be canceled since it is a permanent one-time purchase.
## Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Esports Hub never stores your credit card details directly.
Visit the Subscriptions page and select the plan you want. Click the upgrade or purchase button to begin checkout.
You will be taken to the checkout page where you enter your billing details and payment information. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated immediately.
After subscribing, you can manage your subscription from the Subscriptions page or the Billing tab in Settings. The billing portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices, and download receipts.
## Cancellation
You can cancel your Plus or Premium subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term commitments, and no questions asked.
* **Keep access until period ends** - When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You are not charged again after cancellation.
* **Reactivate anytime** - If you change your mind before your period ends, you can reactivate your subscription from the Subscriptions page and it will resume as normal.
* **No data loss** - Cancelling does not delete your data. Resumes, chat history, and rewards progress are all preserved. You simply lose access to your paid features when the billing period ends.
The Lifetime plan cannot be canceled since it is a one-time purchase. Only the monthly Plus and Premium subscriptions can be canceled and reactivated.
### Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), your paid features are suspended immediately and your account drops to the Free plan. There is no grace period. On Premium, your Discord role is removed while suspended. As soon as a retry succeeds, your paid features (and Premium role) are restored.
If your payment method is about to expire, update it in the billing portal before your next billing date to avoid any interruption in service.
# Support & Tickets
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/support
How to open a support ticket, which type to pick for what, and what to include so we can help you on the first reply.
The fastest way to get help is to open a ticket through the support panel in Discord. Tickets keep all your back-and-forth with staff in one place so the on-duty admin can pick up where the last reply left off.
## How to open one
Find the support channel in the Esports Hub Discord server.
Use the dropdown to pick the type that matches what you need. Each one sends your message to the right team and opens a short form.
Tell us what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot or a link to the message you're talking about helps a lot.
A private channel opens up just for you and the admin handling your ticket. You'll get a Discord notification when they reply.
## Which type to pick
| Ticket type | Use it for |
| ---------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Server Support | Account questions, getting back into the server, reporting rule breaks, anything that doesn't fit another type. |
| Apply (Admin / Staff / Management) | Applying to the admin, staff, or management team. Pick the role you want in the form. |
| Billing Support | Subscription billing, store purchases, refunds, anything payment-related. |
| Report a User | Reporting a member who's breaking the rules. |
| Partnership Inquiry | Reaching out about a partnership for your org, brand, or sponsor. |
| Website Inquiry | Questions before you buy a custom website service. |
| Bot Inquiry | Questions before you buy a custom Discord bot service. |
| Contract Inquiry | Questions before you buy a contract template. |
| Social Media Management | Questions about our social media management service for X account growth. |
| Website Bug Report | Reporting a bug or broken behaviour on the website. |
| Investor / Ownership Inquiry | Investment or ownership questions about Esports Hub. |
The same dropdown also has shortcuts for creating an organization role, agency role, business role, or custom role. Those don't open tickets - they take you to the right page on the website to set things up yourself.
## How fast we reply
Most tickets get a reply within 24 hours. If you've already got a service order in progress (a custom bot, website, etc.), the person on your project usually replies faster. Reports about serious rule breaks get bumped to the top.
The more info you put in your first message, the quicker we can sort it out. A ticket with a username, channel link, screenshot, and time can usually be handled in one reply instead of three rounds of follow-up questions.
## If you can't get into Discord
If you've been banned and you're appealing, or if Discord is down, you can still reach us through our [contact page](https://esportshub.io/contact). The contact page is also the right place for anything formal: legal questions, billing disputes, data-protection requests where you want a written paper trail.
For privacy and data deletion, you can also use the **/privacy** slash command in Discord (if you still have access) or Settings → Privacy on the web portal. The full flow is on the [Verification](/verification) page.
# Tier List Builder
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/tier-list
Build, edit, and share tier lists from a canvas-based editor. Pick a template, drop in images and labels, sort by drag, export as PNG or share a live link.
The tier list builder is a canvas-based editor for ranking anything: players, agents, champions, weapons, teams, anything you can drop an image and a label on. Save your work, share via link, or export to PNG.
Browse templates and start a new tier list.
## Templates
The builder ships with four starting templates. Pick whichever shape fits and customise from there:
| Template | Rows | Use for |
| ------------------- | --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **S to F** | S, A, B, C, D, F | The default. Six-row classic. |
| **S to D** | S, A, B, C, D | Five-row variant when F-tier feels like overkill. |
| **Top / Mid / Low** | Top, Mid, Low | Quick three-bucket sort for casual ranking. |
| **Tier 1-5** | Tier 1 through Tier 5 | Numbered instead of lettered, neutral phrasing. |
Each row has a default colour that matches the standard tier-list gradient (red → green → blue). You can recolour rows individually after picking a template.
## Editing
The canvas is split into the **row area** on the left and the **item tray** on the right.
* **Add items** by dragging images into the tray or pasting URLs. Each item is sized to a square thumbnail.
* **Rank an item** by dragging it from the tray into a row.
* **Reorder within a row** by dragging items horizontally.
* **Reorder rows** by dragging the row's drag handle on the left edge.
* **Rename a row** by clicking its label.
* **Recolour a row** from the colour swatch next to its label.
* **Add or remove rows** from the row menu (`+` button at the bottom of the row stack).
There's no fixed item limit per row, tier lists with 50+ items per row render fine. Performance falls off past a few hundred items total per list.
## Saving
Tier lists save **per-account** as soon as you make changes. The list appears in your gallery at `/activities/tierlist` with a thumbnail preview and last-edited timestamp.
You can keep as many tier lists as you want, including drafts. Each has its own URL, yours alone unless you share it.
## Sharing
Two ways to share:
* **Live link**: the tier list URL works for anyone with the link. They see exactly what you see, in real time. They can't edit. Useful for posting in Discord or social.
* **Image download**: the download button rasterises the current state to a PNG, stamped with an "ESPORTS HUB" watermark and no editor chrome. Drop it into a tweet, embed, or screenshot.
Live links don't expire. If you delete a tier list, the link breaks.
## Tournaments and templates
If you want to seed a tier list with current rosters or pro players from a specific scene, the AI Chat (`/chat`) can build the starting state for you. Ask something like "make a tier list of every Valorant agent" or "rank the current LCK roster" and it'll generate the canvas with item thumbnails pre-populated. Customise from there.
# Verification
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/verification
How to verify on Esports Hub: what happens, what we collect, why we collect it, and how to delete your data when you want to.
To get into the Esports Hub Discord server, every member does a quick one-time check on our website. This stops bots, alt accounts, and people trying to get back in after being banned.
## How to verify
Open the verify channel in the Esports Hub Discord server and click the Verify button. The bot will send you a unique link that's just for you.
Click the link to load the verify page on esportshub.io. Don't wait too long, the link expires for security.
Tick the "I'm not a robot" box. This is a quick check to confirm you're a real person.
Once the page confirms you, the bot gives you the verified role on Discord and you have full access to the server.
## What we collect
| Info | Why we need it |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Browser fingerprint | A unique mark of your browser and device. Helps us spot people who've been banned trying to come back on a different account. |
| IP address and country | Helps us flag suspicious sign-ups and block people using a VPN to dodge bans. |
| Discord ID | Connects your verification to your Discord account so we can give you the right role. |
| Discord account age | The age of your Discord account at the time you verified. We flag very-new accounts because that's a common pattern for spam and ban evasion. |
We don't collect your email, your friend list, your DMs, or anything about other servers you're in. The full data details are in our [Privacy Policy](https://esportshub.io/privacy).
## If you see a "VPN detected" error
If our system spots a VPN or proxy on your connection, you'll be asked to turn it off and try again. This is the only specific error message we show. If something else fails (like your account is too new, or our system thinks you might be a bot), you'll see a generic error. We do this on purpose so people trying to game the system can't tell which check they tripped.
## Deleting your verification data
You can delete your verification data any time. There are two ways:
* **In Discord**: type **/privacy** in the Esports Hub server and confirm.
* **On the website**: open Settings, click the Privacy tab, then click Delete verification data.
Either way, your verification record is removed and the verified role comes off your Discord account. To get back into the server you'll need to verify again.
If you're a member of the server, your verification data sits there until you ask us to delete it or you leave. If you've been banned, we keep your data for up to 7 years so we can stop the ban being dodged with a new account, then it's automatically deleted.
## Trying to get around verification
If you try to dodge verification, get back in after a ban using an alt account, a VPN, a virtual machine, or anything similar, that's an instant permanent ban from everything: the server, the website, and any paid services tied to your account.

## Website Tiers
Choose from three tiers based on the complexity and features your organization needs. All tiers are one-time purchases.
| Tier | Price | Pages | Highlights |
| --------- | -------- | --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Starter | \$30 | Up to 5 | Custom branding with dark/light mode, team roster, achievement showcase, contact form, social links, newsletter signup |
| Portfolio | \$59.99 | Up to 10 | Everything in Starter plus blog, video gallery, match schedule, sponsor showcase, live stream embeds, recruitment page, CMS, and admin dashboard |
| Business | \$129.99 | Unlimited | Every feature unlocked including merch store, player and staff profiles, payment processing, tournament brackets, fan membership tiers, and multi-language support |
### Starter
The Starter tier gives your team an online presence with up to 5 responsive pages. It includes custom branding with dark and light mode support, a team roster page, an achievement showcase, contact form, social media links, newsletter signup, email notifications, a custom 404 page, and deployment dashboard access. You also receive hands-on setup help.
### Portfolio
The Portfolio tier builds on everything in Starter with up to 10 pages. It adds a blog section, video gallery, match schedule, sponsor showcase, hero carousel, animated stat counters, team history timeline, live stream embeds, recruitment page, social feed embeds, career listings, a content management system (CMS), media library, form submissions panel, newsletter integration, and a full admin dashboard.
### Business
The Business tier unlocks every feature with unlimited pages. On top of everything in Portfolio, it includes a merch store, player and staff profile pages, partner and sponsor tiers, payment processing, digital downloads, order management, discount codes, multi-currency support, Discord bot sync, tournament brackets, event calendar, fan membership tiers, a fan loyalty and points system, multi-language support, user accounts and login, and content scheduling.
## Add-Ons
The Starter and Portfolio tiers support optional paid add-ons that let you add individual features from higher tiers. Add-ons are selected during checkout and the total updates in real time. The Business tier includes all features and does not need add-ons.
Starter add-ons range from \$25 to \$50 each and cover features like hero carousels, blog sections, player profiles, merch stores, and admin dashboards. Portfolio add-ons range from \$35 to \$45 and cover features not included in that tier like merch stores, payment processing, and fan membership tiers.
If you find yourself adding many add-ons, compare the total cost against the next tier up. It may be more cost effective to upgrade.
## Custom Quote
If the standard tiers do not cover your needs, you can request a custom quote. The form asks for your team or brand name, expected monthly visitors, pages and features needed, budget range, and any additional details. Your Discord contact is filled in automatically. The team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours through a Discord ticket.
## Getting Started
The website creation process is straightforward. You provide the details and branding, and the Esports Hub team handles the design and development.
Visit the Websites page and select the package that fits your needs. Optionally select any add-ons you want included.
Proceed through checkout to finalize payment. Once payment is confirmed, a Discord ticket is automatically created for your order.
The team will reach out in your Discord ticket to gather your logo, color scheme, roster information, social links, and any other content you want on the site.
The team will build your site and send you a preview link. Review the site, request any adjustments, and approve the final version to go live.
Domains are not included with any tier. The team will help you connect your own custom domain after deployment. Hosting is deployed on your behalf and you receive dashboard access to manage the site. Source code is never provided with any tier. You receive the fully built and deployed website with dashboard access; the underlying code stays with Esports Hub.
Make sure your logo and images are high resolution before submitting them. Low quality assets can affect the final look of your site. Recommended minimum resolution is 1024x1024 for logos and 1920x1080 for banner images.
# Why Esports Hub
Source: https://docs.esportshub.io/why-esports-hub
What makes Esports Hub different: one platform for the whole roster lifecycle, Discord-native, free where it counts, verified mentors, built for the games people actually play.
Esports Hub is the all-in-one platform for esports networking and the services that keep a roster running. Here is why teams, players, content creators, and brands pick it over the alternatives.
Networking, recruitment, signing, org infrastructure, growth. Competitors usually cover one slice. Esports Hub bundles them so a new team doesn't have to glue six tools together.
Recruitment, DMs with prospects, voice trials, role management all happen in the Discord where players already are. No "create another account on another platform" friction.
Networking, signup, mentor browsing, resume builder, AI chat assistant all free. Paid tiers have transparent fixed pricing with no sales gatekeeping.
Every mentor on [esportshub.io/mentoring](https://esportshub.io/mentoring) goes through an application and review. No anonymous coaches.
Valorant, CS2, Fortnite, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch. Primary recruitment forums and mentor categories cover them directly. Not a generic "all esports" wrapper.
[Premium](https://esportshub.io/subscribe) bundles the Pro Discord bot, resume builder, mentor benefits, store credit, and discounts across every paid service.
