# Partnerships
> Esports partnership and sponsorship packages: tiers, benefits, promo announcements, store discounts, and pricing from $30.
Partnership packages let businesses and individuals promote their brand to the esports community. Choose a preset tier or build a custom plan with only the benefits you need.
Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and custom tiles at esportshub.io/partnerships.
## Duration
Partnerships last **1, 2, or 3 months** depending on the duration you select at checkout. Prices scale with the number of months. Consumable benefits like Promo Announcements must be used within that period. Non-consumable benefits like the Pro Discord Bot and store discounts remain active for the full duration.
Consumable benefits include Promo Announcements. Once you've used all your allocated posts, those benefits are considered fulfilled even if the duration hasn't ended.
## Tiers
Three preset tiers are available, plus a fully customizable option.

## Benefits Explained
### Promo Announcements
Schedule promotional posts to the announcements channel with an `@everyone` ping at your chosen date and time. Depending on your tier you receive 4 (Starter), 6 (Professional), or 8 (Enterprise) posts per month across the partnership duration, so a 3-month partnership totals 12, 18, or 24 posts. Custom plans set their own volume at \$5 per promo per month (2 to 10 posts per month, 1 to 6 months). When you schedule a post from the Partner Dashboard, it is queued to the team through an internal staff ticket and posted at your chosen time. The dashboard includes a Discord markdown editor with live preview.
### Partners Channel
Your socials are added to a dedicated partners channel in the Esports Hub Discord. You can post your brand name, description, profile image, and social links from the Partner Dashboard.
### Discord Announcement
Your partnership is announced in the Esports Hub Discord server (2,000+ members). Claim this from the Partner Dashboard and a support ticket is created automatically. Included with all preset tiers. For custom plans, this perk unlocks when you select 3 or more paid benefits.
### No Giveaway Fees
Giveaway posts done through our services (such as Wave News) normally incur a fee. With this benefit, those fees are waived for the duration of your partnership. Included with all preset tiers. For custom plans, this perk unlocks at 2 or more paid benefits.
### Pro Discord Bot
Add a fully-featured [Pro Discord bot](/discord-bots) to your server with premium features unavailable on the free tier. Configure it at bot.esportshub.io once your partnership is active.
### Free Portfolio Site
Get a free portfolio site, or a revamp of your existing one, from our [websites service](/websites) included with your partnership. Available on the Professional and Enterprise tiers. For custom plans, this perk unlocks at 4 or more paid benefits.
### Featured on Partners Page
Your brand is featured on the Esports Hub website partners page with a public profile including your logo, header image, description, and social links. Manage your profile from the Partner Dashboard. Available on the Professional and Enterprise tiers, or as a custom benefit.
### Auto Bump Networking Posts
Your networking forum posts in the Esports Hub Discord are automatically bumped every 3 hours, keeping them visible and at the top of the channel. Posts are bumped for up to 2 days after creation. Included with all preset partnership tiers. Available as a custom benefit (\$5).
### Instant Org & Business Role Creation
Skip the application process and instantly create org, agency, and business roles in the Discord server. Manage your roles and members directly from the Partner Dashboard. Included with all tiers.
### Contract Package Discount
Get a one-time discount on your first contract package from our contracts service. The discount depends on your tier: 15% off for Starter, 25% off for Professional, and 30% off for Enterprise. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
## Store Discounts
Every partnership includes a discount on store purchases. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

## Wave News Benefits
These benefits place your brand on Wave News, our esports news site and its social channels.
* **Ad banner on our news website** - your ad banner displayed on the Wave News website for 30 days. Included with Professional and Enterprise tiers, or available as a custom benefit (\$15).
* **Logo on socials (6k+ followers)** - your logo featured on all Wave News social media content for 60 days. Included with the Enterprise tier, or available as a custom benefit (\$15).
## Custom Plan
The Custom plan lets you pick only the benefits you need. Select individual benefits from the customize modal on the partnerships page and the price adjusts dynamically. Bonus perks unlock automatically as you add more benefits:
* **2+ benefits** - no giveaway fees
* **3+ benefits** - announced in Discord, 10% off store, 5% volume discount on package price
* **4+ benefits** - free portfolio site or revamp
Promo Announcements on a custom plan are priced at \$5 per promo per month. Choose 2 to 10 posts per month over 1 to 6 months, and the price scales with your selection.

## Partner Dashboard
The Partner Dashboard is your hub for managing all partnership benefits. Access it from the sidebar once your partnership is active.
Claim your Discord announcement from the Getting Started checklist. A support ticket is opened automatically and your partnership will be announced to the server.
Schedule promotional posts to the announcements channel with a full Discord markdown editor, live preview, image uploads, and a calendar date picker.
Share your brand name, description, profile image, and social links to the Discord partners channel.
Instantly create org, agency, and business roles in the Discord server. Manage role members, colors, logos, and edits directly from the dashboard.
Set up your public profile on the Esports Hub partners page with a logo, header image, description, category, and social links. Available on Professional and Enterprise tiers, or as a custom benefit.
View your tier, discount percentage, promo posts used, remaining benefits, and recent activity at a glance.
## Eligibility
Partnerships are available to both businesses and individuals. You don't need to be an organization - anyone looking to promote themselves or their brand to the esports community is welcome.
All partnership purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable. If you want to move up a tier mid-term, you can upgrade and the amount already paid is credited toward the higher tier, so you only pay the difference. Use the billing support link on the partnerships page if you need help.
