# Subscriptions

Esports Hub offers Free, Plus, Premium, and Lifetime plans. This guide compares plan features, explains billing, and covers cancellation policies.

### Free Plan

The Free plan is available to every Esports Hub member at no cost. It includes full access to the AI Chat assistant, organization and agency role creation, org socials posting, and team management tools. This plan covers everything you need to participate in the community and manage your presence. These roles are cosmetic only and grant no Discord permissions.

### Plus Plan

At **\$3 per month**, Plus is the entry paid tier. It covers the essentials for getting set up and active:

* **\$5 store credit every month** automatically added to your account each billing period
* **Free Discord server setup**, a one-time professional server build with channels, roles, and permissions (claim from the store)
* **Free custom Discord role** with your choice of name, color, and icon
* **Esports Resume Builder** with professional templates and a canvas-based editor
* **Up to 3 mentor services** on your profile (free mentors are limited to one)
* **2x reward points multiplier** on all activities including messages, voice, and daily login
* **5% off all store services**
* **5% off your first partnership package**

### Premium Plan

At **\$12 per month**, Premium includes everything in Plus and unlocks the full suite of professional tools:

* **\$10 store credit every month** automatically added to your account each billing period
* **Free personal website** to showcase your resume or work (3-page site, yours to keep)
* **Verified mentoring badge**, a blue checkmark on your mentor profile so members know you're identity-verified
* **Featured mentor placement** that floats your profile and services to the top of the mentoring catalog
* **Up to 12 mentor services** on your profile (free mentors get one, Plus members three)
* **Pro Discord Bot** with 21+ features including moderation, engagement, and analytics
* **10% off all store services** (up from 5% on Plus)
* **15% off your first partnership package** (up from 5% on Plus)

### Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a **one-time purchase of \$45** that grants permanent access to every Premium feature, plus exclusive extras:

* All Premium features included forever with no recurring payments, including the verified mentoring badge, featured mentor placement, and up to 12 mentor services
* **Free Discord server setup**, a one-time professional server build (claim from the [store](/store))
* **50% off your first store purchase**
* **Early Supporter Discord role** exclusive to Lifetime members
* **Early access to new features** before they are released to the wider community

  The Lifetime plan does not include the \$10 monthly store credit since there is no recurring billing. All other Premium features are included permanently.

  The Lifetime plan is a launch offer limited to the first 50 members. Once claimed, it cannot be canceled since it is a permanent one-time purchase.

## Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Esports Hub never stores your credit card details directly.

    Visit the Subscriptions page and select the plan you want. Click the upgrade or purchase button to begin checkout.

    You will be taken to the checkout page where you enter your billing details and payment information. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated immediately.

    After subscribing, you can manage your subscription from the Subscriptions page or the Billing tab in Settings. The billing portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices, and download receipts.

## Cancellation

You can cancel your Plus or Premium subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term commitments, and no questions asked.

* **Keep access until period ends** - When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You are not charged again after cancellation.
* **Reactivate anytime** - If you change your mind before your period ends, you can reactivate your subscription from the Subscriptions page and it will resume as normal.
* **No data loss** - Cancelling does not delete your data. Resumes, chat history, and rewards progress are all preserved. You simply lose access to your paid features when the billing period ends.

<Warning>
  The Lifetime plan cannot be canceled since it is a one-time purchase. Only the monthly Plus and Premium subscriptions can be canceled and reactivated.

### Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), your paid features are suspended immediately and your account drops to the Free plan. There is no grace period. On Premium, your Discord role is removed while suspended. As soon as a retry succeeds, your paid features (and Premium role) are restored.

  If your payment method is about to expire, update it in the billing portal before your next billing date to avoid any interruption in service.
