# Team Stores

> Browse team merch collections or list your team's official products.

The [Team Stores catalogue](https://esportshub.io/team-stores) brings esports teams' merch together in one place: jerseys, hoodies, tees, jackets, caps, mousepads and accessories. Every team has its own page that gathers everything it has listed, and every item has its own page, so both can be shared and found by the team's name. Open a team to browse its collection, then open an item to see photos, shipping regions and availability before visiting the official store. The search box above the catalogue (Ctrl+K, or Cmd+K on a Mac) searches every team, item and collection product at once, and the filters next to it narrow the grid by product type and by the region an item ships to, where a worldwide shipper matches every region.

Purchases happen through the team's store. The seller handles payment, delivery and returns. This catalogue is separate from our [custom-apparel service](https://esportshub.io/apparel).

## List merch

Sign in with your linked Discord account and choose **List team merch**. Pick an organization role you own or co-own, or enter your team name if you do not have one yet. A role is optional but recommended, because staff can confirm the team instantly with it. Then choose the listing type, add the details and the product URL, and upload the team logo plus a front photo. A back photo is optional and worth adding for apparel. Images can be PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.

Give items from the same drop a collection name, such as a season or release, and they show together inside your team's collection. To list a whole drop or store as one entry, choose **Full collection** as the listing type, name each product it includes with a photo of it (up to 12), and link its collection page. Choosing Worldwide shipping covers every region, so the other regions switch off.

If your team sells without an online store, leave the URL empty. Shoppers then see **Message the team** instead of a store link, which opens a private ticket in the Esports Hub Discord with you added, and you arrange sizing, payment, delivery and returns there. Esports Hub takes no payment for team store items.

Staff review the team, image rights and store link before publishing. When a listing is approved, the Esports Hub bot sends you a Discord DM with links to the website listing and its Discord post. Bot DMs can be switched off in your site settings.

## Manage your listings

Open **Listings** in the Selling section of the app sidebar and choose **Team Store Listings**, or use **Manage listings** on the Team Stores page. Every field of a listing can be edited: the organization, names, type, regions, description, store link, photos and collection products. Edits go through another staff review, and your previous approved version stays visible until the edit is approved. Availability changes and pausing apply straight away.

Sold-out items are marked unavailable. Pausing or staff removal hides the website listing and archives its Discord post without deleting the discussion. A listing removed by staff must be edited and reviewed again before it can return. Removing a listing yourself takes it down for good and frees its slot; create a new listing if you need it back. Removing a listing with a featured spot running, or featured months waiting for approval, gives that paid time up, and it is not refunded automatically, so the confirmation says so before you remove it.

## Feature a listing

A featured listing holds a front spot on the Team Stores page and carries a Featured tag on its cards and on your team page. Choose how long: 1 month for $10, 2 months for $15, 3 months for $20 or 6 months for $35, so longer terms cost less per month. The offer appears right after you submit a new listing for review, and any time later from the listing's menu in **Team Store Listings** under **Feature listing**. Pick the term and pay at checkout with a card or PayPal. Store credit follows the usual checkout rules, so it can cover orders over \$30, such as the 6-month term.

On a live listing the spot starts as soon as payment clears. On a listing that is still waiting for review, the term is held and starts the moment staff approve it, so it goes live at the front of the page from day one and none of the paid time passes unseen. Your listings show the featured end date, or the held term while the review is open. When several listings are featured at once they take the first spot in turn. Buying again before the term ends adds the new term on top of the time left. Once a spot starts, the days count down on the calendar: a paused listing keeps its term running and shows the spot again when you resume it, and a listing staff remove keeps its term running too. A declined listing that was never live cannot be featured until you edit and resubmit it, since there is nothing for staff to approve.

Stock and shipping details are supplied by the team; confirm them with the store before ordering.
