Discord Bots

Esports Hub offers custom Discord bots built for gaming communities. Each bot runs 24/7 on a dedicated instance for your server and includes moderation, engagement, and utility tools.

Bot Tiers

There are three tiers available, each with a dedicated bot instance that runs 24/7 on your server. Higher tiers unlock additional features. You can also request a Custom Bot if none of the tiers fit your needs. This opens a quote form where you describe your server, requirements, and budget, and the team will get back to you with a custom offer.

Features

The Pro bot is free with any Premium or Lifetime subscription and includes every feature below (21+ in total). Elite and Enterprise add the advanced tools noted at the end of each group.

Moderation and security

• AutoMod - filter bad words, spam, mass mentions, invite links, external links, excessive caps, emoji spam, spoilers, zalgo text, and repeated messages, with auto-delete and warn actions.
• Auto-ban - automatically ban accounts that match your rules.
• Moderation logs - log joins and leaves, bans, message edits and deletes, and role, channel, and emoji changes to a chosen channel.
• Member verification - gate new members behind a button click, captcha, math question, or emoji reaction before they get access.

Elite adds raid protection and a ban appeal system. Enterprise adds anti-nuke protection.

Welcome and roles

• Welcome and goodbye messages - customizable join and leave messages as text or embeds, in a channel or via DM, with variables for the user, server, and invite.
• Auto roles - assign one or more roles automatically when a member joins, with an optional delay.
• Sticky roles - give members their roles back automatically when they rejoin.
• Reaction roles - let members self-assign roles with buttons, dropdown menus, or reactions (single or multi-select).

Engagement and games

• Leveling and XP - MEE6-style XP with configurable rates, level-up announcements, and rank cards (/rank).
• Leaderboard - a server XP leaderboard (/leaderboard).
• Giveaways - timed giveaways with multiple winners and role requirements (/giveaway-start, /reroll).
• Polls - multi-option polls (2-10 options) with an optional time limit (/poll).
• Counting - a counting channel with classic and math modes, a leaderboard, and milestone celebrations.

Elite adds missions and daily tasks, prestige leveling, custom commands, and a custom reward system. Enterprise adds an economy system.

Tickets

• Ticket system - ticket panels (button or dropdown), claiming, text and file transcripts, and close, reopen, add-user, and remove-user actions.

Elite adds ticket categories, application forms, and response-time stats.

Utility

• Reminders - one-off or recurring scheduled messages with timezone support and embeds.
• Temporary voice channels - join-to-create voice rooms that members can rename, lock, hide, set a user limit on, and manage.
• Embed builder - build rich embed messages for announcements, panels, and welcome messages.

Elite adds scheduled messages, feedback and suggestion channels, and server backups.

Alerts and analytics

• Twitch go-live alerts - announce when a streamer goes live, with custom messages and role pings.
• YouTube upload alerts - announce new uploads from a YouTube channel.
• X (Twitter) post alerts - announce new posts from an X account.
• Server analytics - track message and voice activity, active members, and per-channel stats.
• Invite tracking - see which invites bring members in, with fake-account filtering and invite-based role rewards.

Enterprise adds a server growth dashboard and data exports.

Branding

• Custom bot branding - run the bot under your own name, avatar, and status, so it looks like your own bot (white-label).

Add-Ons

The Elite tier supports optional paid add-ons that you can select during purchase. The Enterprise tier includes all add-ons at no extra cost.

How to Get a Bot

The process depends on which tier you choose.

Claiming the Pro Bot

If you have an active Premium or Lifetime subscription, go to the Discord Bots page and click Claim on the Pro tier. You can then invite the bot directly to your server - no ticket or wait time needed.

Purchasing Elite or Enterprise

Custom Bot

If the standard tiers do not fit your needs, select the Custom Bot option to open a quote form. Provide your server name, member count, desired features, and budget range. The team will review your request and respond through a Discord ticket.
