Packages

Core and advanced features are not interchangeable. Check the comparison before buying, particularly for saved-role restoration, transcripts, backups, analytics, and dashboard access.

Claim a Pro bot

Sign in, open the Pro package, and follow the claim and server-selection steps. Your account must have an eligible benefit. Use the installation instructions shown for the selected server.

Buy Elite or Enterprise

Choose the package, select any supported add-ons, and review the final total. Confirmed payment opens a Discord order ticket where the team coordinates your setup. For a custom bot, submit the quote form with your server and requirements. The team confirms the scope, cost, and delivery arrangements through the ticket.

Hosting

Hosting is included for servers up to 5,000 members under the standard offer. Larger servers can need a separate monthly hosting plan based on usage. Review any hosting requirement shown before ordering or claiming. Do not assume a one-time package price means every possible hosting configuration is included forever.

Permissions and support

When installing, review the requested permissions and follow the role-position instructions. A bot cannot manage roles above its own position in Discord’s role hierarchy. Never paste a bot token into a public channel. Use the supported setup process and your existing order ticket for assistance.
