The 100K Impressions Guarantee

If we don’t get your X account to at least 100,000 impressions within the first month, we refund 50% of what you paid. Counted in X’s native analytics dashboard, on the account we manage. Applies to all paid tiers.

How Onboarding Works

Inquire

Pick a tier on the marketing page and submit the inquiry form, or message us directly through Discord. We respond within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.

Kickoff call

A 30 to 45 minute call to gather context: your brand, audience, voice, what you do and don’t want covered, who your scene is, and which posts have worked in the past.

Voice document

We build a written voice doc capturing your tone, recurring phrases, lines you don’t cross, and audience expectations. You sign off on it before we post anything.

Account access

You either share login details directly or grant us delegated access via X’s official tools so your password stays yours. Either way, you can revoke access in one click from X settings.

First posts and approval

First drafts come over for your review. Approve in one message, and we schedule. If you’d rather we post without per-draft sign-off after the first week, that’s fine too.

What’s Not Included

To keep the scope clean and the work focused, the social media service does not cover:
  • Paid ads or boosted posts (run those through your own ad accounts)
  • Long-form video editing or full creative campaigns
  • Replies and DMs as a service (we handle them on a best-effort basis)
  • Other platforms (we’re X-focused; Instagram and TikTok operators coming soon)

Cancellation and Ownership

Monthly billing with no lock-in. Cancel mid-month and we finish your current cycle. No partial refunds, no tail. You own all the content we create on your behalf.

Do I have to hand over my X login? You can either share login details directly or use a delegated-access tool so your password stays yours. Either way, you can revoke access anytime in one click from X settings. Who writes the posts? The Esports Hub owner. Five plus years running social in the scene, with past work on accounts like PWR. Every post comes from the same hands so the voice stays consistent. Can you match an existing brand voice? Yes. Voice modeling is the first step of onboarding. We read your past posts, watch how your community talks, and write a voice doc you sign off on before we go live. What about accounts with low engagement? We audit your posting style and surface what’s hurting reach: low-quality posts, content not aimed at the right audience, or posting at dead hours. Then we change the cadence and content based on what’s actually working.
