Verified Marketplace

The Verified Marketplace contains brands submitted by independent creators and owners, separate from Esports Hub’s in-house brands. The team reviews the seller, ownership and source package before approving a listing. Submission does not guarantee approval or a sale. Approved submissions appear automatically in the Verified Marketplace. Buyers use the website checkout, and the team coordinates handover with the seller in a private Discord ticket.

Choose a listing

Open a brand and review its description, included assets, and current price. Public previews are watermarked.

Complete checkout

Sign in with your linked Discord account and follow the purchase flow. Review the total and terms before paying.

Open your order ticket

A confirmed purchase opens a private Discord ticket for handover. For a Verified Marketplace brand, the seller joins the ticket to provide the agreed source package and ownership transfer materials.
Availability is checked during checkout. A preview is not a reservation, so a brand can become unavailable before you finish buying it. The files and rights included in a sale depend on the listing and sale terms. Check them before purchase, including any font or third-party licensing requirements. If a community listing looks wrong, use its three-dots menu to report it. Read the marketplace terms and refund policy before purchasing.

List your brand

Sign in with your linked Discord account, then choose List a Brand from the app’s Selling section or the Brands page. You can also start a submission from Seller Profile.

Details

Enter the brand name and describe exactly what is included, such as logo variants, source files and supporting artwork. Only list a brand you own and have the right to sell.

Logo

Upload one static PNG with a transparent background, no larger than 8 MB. Each side must be between 64 and 4,096 pixels. The logo must be visible, not blank or too faint. Animated PNGs and opaque backgrounds are not accepted. The marketplace prepares the public preview from this upload.

Delivery

Add your Google Drive source-folder link and asking price in USD. The folder must include an editable Adobe Illustrator .AI vector file. SVG, EPS and PDF exports are recommended too.Give anyone with the link view access so the review team can inspect the files. Use a folder containing only the brand package. The Drive link is not displayed on the public listing, but anyone you share it with can view its contents.

Confirm

Confirm your ownership and right to sell, accept the fees, and agree to join the buyer’s private Discord ticket to deliver the source package and ownership transfer materials after a sale. Complete the quick verification check, then submit.

Review and publication

Your submission stays private while it is under review. Staff may open a Discord ticket with you if they need more information. Approval publishes the listing automatically; a declined submission is not published. Once approved, the Esports Hub bot sends you a Discord DM with a link to the live listing and your Seller Profile. Bot DMs can be switched off in your site settings. If the form says your submission was saved but its image or notification is delayed, retry the same submission as instructed. Do not create another copy. Contact support if it remains stuck.

Seller Profile

Open Listings in the app’s Selling section and choose Seller Profile, or use your seller profile. It shows your submitted brands, previews, asking prices and current status: Seller Profile tracks your submissions; it does not currently let you edit or withdraw them. For corrections or removal, contact support. If a submission was declined, check what needs changing before submitting an updated version.

Fees and handover

Esports Hub keeps 15% of the final sale price. Payment processor fees are deducted separately and are not included in that 15%. Review the current disclosure in the confirmation step before accepting it. The asking price is not your take-home amount. When a listing sells, provide the complete agreed source package and transfer materials in the buyer’s private Discord ticket. Keep your linked Discord account accessible so the team can reach you. Payout questions should go to the team in the sale ticket; Seller Profile is not a payout dashboard.

If you want a new logo or changes beyond a listed brand’s scope, use the relevant design service on the Brands page. Describe your brief, intended use and references. The team discusses the scope and quote in a Discord ticket.

Discord listings

The Brands forum links back to the website marketplace and identifies Verified Marketplace listings separately from Esports Hub brands. Forum updates may appear after the website listing changes. Use View & Purchase to see current availability and checkout, rather than arranging payment through an unsolicited direct message.
