The AI Chat is your main interface for managing Discord roles, team members, org socials, and getting help with Esports Hub features. It is designed exclusively for Esports Hub related tasks.
The AI assistant only handles Esports Hub topics. It will not respond to general questions, off-topic requests, or tasks unrelated to the platform.

What You Can Do

The AI assistant can perform real actions on your behalf through integrated tools. Here are the main things it can help with:
  • Org role creation including custom names, colors, logos, and team member assignments
  • Agency role creation with similar options tailored for agencies
  • Custom personal roles for users who meet the eligibility requirements (server boosts or invites)
  • Team management including assigning and removing roles from members, and setting ownership designations
  • Org socials for posting, updating, and managing your organization’s social media links
  • Role editing and removal for modifying existing roles or deleting them from the server
  • Platform questions about how Esports Hub features work, server rules, channels, and available roles

Starting a Conversation

The AI Chat is the default landing page after you sign in. The welcome screen greets you with a personalized message and shows suggestion buttons for common actions like creating an org role or agency role.
1

Open the AI Chat

Click AI Chat in the sidebar or navigate to the home page. To start a new conversation, click the New Chat button in the sidebar.
2

Type your message

Write your question or request in the input field at the bottom of the screen. You can also click one of the suggestion buttons on the welcome screen to get started quickly.
3

Review the response

The AI responds in real time with streaming text. When it performs actions like creating a role, you will see inline result cards showing what was done.

Image Upload

You can upload images directly into the chat using the plus button next to the input field. Images are used for logo uploads during role creation, ownership verification screenshots, and boost verification screenshots. Uploaded images are automatically scanned for moderation and processed for Discord compatibility.
For logos and icons, use PNG images with a transparent background. The system automatically processes uploaded images, including background removal and conversion to the format Discord requires.

Conversation History

Every conversation is automatically saved to your account. Past conversations appear in the sidebar, sorted with pinned conversations first and then by most recent activity.
  • Resume by clicking any past conversation in the sidebar to reopen it and continue where you left off
  • Search across all conversations by keyword using the search bar at the top of the sidebar
  • Pin important conversations to keep them at the top of the list
  • Rename a conversation by clicking its title in the chat header or the sidebar
  • Delete a conversation by hovering over it in the sidebar and clicking the delete icon
Conversation titles are automatically generated from your first message. You can delete all conversations at once from the Settings page under the General tab.

Formatting

The AI assistant renders responses in markdown with support for bold, italics, lists, tables, links, and code blocks with syntax highlighting. When the assistant mentions a hex color code, a colored dot is displayed next to it so you can preview the color without leaving the chat.
The AI chat is rate limited to 20 messages per minute. If you hit the limit, wait a moment before sending your next message.
