Verification helps protect the Esports Hub community from bots and abusive accounts. Follow the verification prompt on the website or in Discord before using member-only areas.

How to verify

Open the official prompt

Use Verify in the Esports Hub Discord or follow the website’s verification screen.

Follow the link

Open your own verification link. If it has expired, request a new one rather than using somebody else’s.

Complete the checks

Follow the on-screen instructions and any human-verification challenge.

Wait for confirmation

Once verification succeeds, your Discord access is updated. Allow a short time for the role to appear.

If verification does not complete

Follow the message shown on the verification page. If it asks you to turn off a VPN or proxy, retry on your normal connection. If a request is pending review, follow the available review or appeal instructions instead of repeatedly submitting it. For an expired link, start again from the official Verify button. If the problem continues, use the support or appeal option shown on the screen.

Information used

Verification uses your Discord account identity and device/network information for access and community safety. The Privacy Policy explains the categories collected, why they are used, and how long they are retained. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or sign-in tokens to staff. A verification link is for your account only.

Delete verification data

Use Settings → Privacy on the website, or the supported privacy command in Discord. Read the confirmation before proceeding. Deleting your verification data removes verified access and can require a new verification. It does not overturn a moderation restriction. Some security or transaction records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. For a privacy request you cannot complete through the account controls, contact privacy@esportshub.io.
