The Esports Hub store offers custom Discord roles, org branding, and server setup services. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Esports Hub never stores your card information directly.

Products

The store includes the products below. Larger services like Discord Bots, Websites, Contracts, Social Media, and Partnerships also appear as cards in the store and link to their dedicated pages.
Custom, organization, agency, and business roles are cosmetic only. They apply your name, color, and branding in the Esports Hub server and grant no Discord permissions or special status.

Purchasing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

Select a product

Browse the store and click the product you want. Fill in any required details like role name, color, and icon.

Complete checkout

You will be taken to the checkout page where you enter your billing details and payment information. Any applicable discounts or store credit are applied automatically.

Receive your order

Custom roles and org roles are fulfilled automatically after payment. Server setup orders create a Discord ticket where the team will coordinate the build with you.

Discounts

Several discounts may apply to your order at checkout.
  • Premium 10% off applies to all store purchases for active Premium and Lifetime subscribers. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
  • Lifetime 50% off first purchase is a one-time discount exclusive to Lifetime subscribers. It applies to your first eligible store purchase and cannot be combined with store credit.
  • Store credit can be redeemed from the Rewards page and is applied first at checkout on orders over $30, reducing the amount charged to your card. If your credit fully covers the order, no card payment is needed. Store credit can’t be used on contract or partnership purchases.
Store credit takes priority over other discounts. If you have store credit, it will be used before the Premium or Lifetime discount is calculated.

Rewards Store

The Rewards Store is separate from the main store. It uses points earned through the Rewards system instead of real money. Redeemable items like XP boosts, custom roles, store credit, Nitro, and gift cards are found on the Rewards page, not on the store page.
All store purchases are final. Review the product details carefully before completing your order. If you have questions about a product, reach out in the Discord server before purchasing.
