Available services

Products include custom Discord roles, organization/agency/business roles, server setup, resume writing, email signatures, profile pictures, and other design or web services. Larger packages link to their dedicated service pages. Promo Posts in the app sidebar opens a summary of what one post includes and its price. Continue to add optional notes for staff, then pay at checkout; a private Discord ticket opens afterwards where staff schedule the announcement. Eligible Plus, Premium, and Lifetime accounts can claim certain included services. Use the benefit option shown on your account before starting a paid purchase. Ready-made brands and approved seller listings are on Brands & Verified Marketplace, separate from the service catalogue. Choose a product

Review what is included and complete any requested details. Service tickets require your linked Discord account.

Review checkout

Check the total, selected payment method, applicable discount or credit, and terms. Stripe and PayPal are available where shown.

Follow the confirmation

Some role orders are fulfilled automatically. Services that need work from the team open a private Discord ticket after confirmed payment.
For Resume Writing, enter your brief before checkout, then attach files in the order ticket. If payment succeeded but a ticket is delayed, do not pay again. Check your confirmation and contact support with the order details.

Discounts and credit

Subscription and partnership discounts apply only to eligible products. Introductory, promotional, and first-purchase offers have their own conditions. Checkout shows the discount actually applied. Store Credit is not cash and cannot be spent on every service. It is available for promo-post, featured team store listing, server-setup, and role orders only when the order is over $30 USD. Everything else, including contracts, partnerships, websites, bots, brands, subscriptions, subscription gifts, gift cards, and the one-time resume service, does not accept it. Credit issued back to you for a refund, or redeemed from a gift card, is unlocked: it spends on any eligible order, including one under $30, as long as it covers the order in full.

Spendable rewards points are redeemed on Rewards, not used as a card-payment method in the main Store. Available items, point costs, and claim conditions are shown there. Read the Refund Policy and product terms before ordering.
